An interesting example of Google Bombing
As many know, 15-20 September 1986 was the week that a bunch of delegates convened in Punta Del Este, Uruguay, to kick off the Uruguay Round negotiation leading up to the creation of the WTO. This meeting concluded in a document called The Punta Del Este Declaration (which was actually the second Punte Del Este Declaration, I now know) on 20 September 1986. But this particular declaration with its standstill was significant to "services" as it seems to be the date the US was "bound" to not enact any regulation which would commit the US to any particular outcome that would inhibit trade in services. So we Starting (then or according to another insider Chakravarthi Rhagavan, the first standstill begun in 1981, for a reason he didnt go into depth with me about, Starting then, according to him, the US couldn't make any other, conflicting commitments in healthcare I think its, because the entire sectors jobs became committed to this global job trading scheme. The jobs and "market access" to them, became the bait in a global poker game.
Well, obviously there is now an effort to hide this fromn search enginbes. One of the way the trde community hides things is by using common names to mean totally different things than people might expect. Also by using different names for the same trade agreements.. Or by using names over thats a very effective way to hide things from outsiders..
The Latin American countries are all fairly corrupt and the shadow banking system and the offshore world of tax havens etc is very popular there.. Also Punta Del Este is an entire city designed in order to keep the poor, meaning any poor people out..
So, look at what I just found.. A new Punta Del Este Declaration.. organized by the OECD. on "stopping tax evasion", of all things.. LOL.
