This is the first time that doctors haven’t been allowed to treat patients any way they deem right. Off labeled drugs have always been allowed for treatment and especially when there was nothing to lose by doing it when people were on their death beds. Big pharma gets to say that their drugs can be used off label when there have been no trials showing it’s beneficial.

Utah Legislature passes bill allowing exemptions to Biden vaccine or testing mandate

SB2004 provides employees the opportunity to use exemptions to vaccine mandates. He said it mirrors what exists in higher and public education. The exemptions include personal, medical or religious reasons.

The bill also requires employers to pay for COVID-19 workplace testing; prohibits them from making an adverse action against an employee who claims a vaccine exemption; and prohibits an employer from keeping or maintaining a record or copy of an employee's proof of vaccination, except under certain conditions.

Whether this will make any difference remains to be seen since Utah is a right to work state. But it’s good to see legislators trying to bring some sanity into this.

BTW on the claim that Jimmy lied to his viewers I watched his video disclaiming it. Anyone who doesn’t accept what he’s saying is just biased against him. Easy solution for those who don’t like him or agree with him..stop watching him. I used to love Rising, but Saagar's viewpoints are off putting for me and I find Krystal to be wrong too many times so I quit watching them. Easy peasy. and dying with Covid. I think the critical thinkers are beginning to crawl out from their sheltered rocks and say hey! there is a difference, you know. Just because they have isolated a few particular strains of the flu this year (it's been around for quite a while now) doesn't preclude the determination that (almost) everyone is now mandated to take an experimental drug therapy. It is a boatload of BS.

The FDA is dumping the PCR test in December because it doesn’t work and it has now recalled millions of tests people can buy themselves because they give false positive results so how can anyone trust the numbers anymore? If the one that has been in use since the beginning isn’t really valid and people are getting false positives from another one then why are we still getting daily update on new infections?

We just saw Italy drop the number of deaths from Covid from very high numbers to not so much. There’s a huge difference between dying from Covid and dying from other diseases but testing positive for Covid. This is the 2nd county that has changed their numbers. Will others follow and if so when? I’m asking this because of my local rag's daily reporting on infections and deaths and who knows what’s true anymore? Besides the Rona has become endemic and pretty much everyone is going to get it. Unless you already have antibodies to it because it’s been around for awhile…well except it might have been futzed with in a lab. In that case…I’m getting lost.

Meaning that since the jabs are leaky ones people who have gotten jabbed can still be infected with the virus and they can spread it to others who have also been jabbed. One reason why more kids are now testing positive is because it’s exactly what others warned could/would happen. You don’t jab everyone during an active epidemic. It causes the virus to mutate and become easier to infect others. How did the scientists who worked on them not know or remember that from school?
