Yet Another Employment Specialist Bites the Dust

This is specialist number...6? 7? In the last 6 fucking years? You gotta love Flawer'Duh's Voc Rehab vendors. They want people with disabilities to get degrees and certifications, and yet when it comes time to place said clients...well, they don't have a fucking clue as to how, or where, to do it.
So here I am, playing the waiting game. Again. All because the 'vendors' can't keep their shit together or get people who are actually fuckin' competent. But thank the magical hand of the free market that we can all buy cheaper and cheaper shit, right?

Are you working with state employees or their contractors?
Contractors get paid shit. A high number of unqualified, underpaid, indifferent staff with high turnover would not surprise me. If they are state employees, they should be qualified and decently paid. They are often incompetent too. Add in the fact that companies that don't want to be bothered with any employee that isn't Steven Hawking, and I am not surprised at the uphill fight you endure. What about telecommuting?

That means contractors who work for companies the State purchases services from.
