I want to like more. She has a positive personality and looks fairly nice on paper and on screen grabs. But in addition to her inarticulateness and lack of solid political chops, she just doesn't present as much of a serious person. Primarily imo bc she lacks expertise or gravitas in at least one or two major policy areas that register with the public, and might feel ill at ease knowing she has these shortcomings. She has had nearly 2 full yrs since Biden picked her to make substantial improvements in these areas of style and substance, knock off the inappropriate smiling and giggling, bone up on a few issues that the public cares about and take a good position to the people, but I haven't seen any sign of change.

D leadership is so dismal and doddering at the moment. And Harris is not a reassuring answer to Biden stepping aside, if that happens, which is entirely possible come mid-2023.
