what’s the difference between God and Bill Gates?
…God doesn’t think she’s Bill Gates
(6 minutes; but I admit to being ignorant on the science presented)
‘Here’s why Bill Gates wants indemnity… Are you willing to take the risk?’, R.F.Kenedy, Jr, childreshealthdefense.org, April 11, 2020
“Instead of proceeding with caution, Fauci has made the reckless choice to fast track vaccines, partially funded by Gates, without critical animal studies before moving into human clinical trials that could provide early warning of runaway immune response.
Gates (in the video) is so worried about the danger of adverse events that he says vaccines shouldn’t be distributed until governments agree to indemnity against lawsuits. On February 4, 2020, according to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) website, there were only 11 active CV cases in the USA, yet the U.S. quietly pushed through Federal regulations giving coronavirus vaccine makers full immunity from liability.
Are you willing to take the risk?”
From Kennedy’s ‘partially funded by Gates’ hyperlink: ‘Bill Gates says foundation will invest billions in fight to stop COVID-19’, kiro7.com, April 6, 2020
“This comes as second coronavirus vaccine trial by Inovio Pharmaceuticals, backed by the Gates foundation, begins testing in humans.
“Our foundation is trying to be as helpful in a very constructive way as possible. And that’s why I’ve talked to the head of the pharmaceutical companies. We’ve talked to a lot of the agencies, including — CDC and NIH about how we work together on the vaccines and the drugs,” Gates said”.
[…]
“To get to the best case of getting a vaccine to the public in 18 months, Gates said companies need to scale up manufacturing during testing instead of after.
Mark Suzman, CEO of the Gates Foundation, discussed how the work needs to be fast tracked on CNN.
“We then need to be ready to scale and manufacture that vaccine in literally hundreds of millions and billions of doses because it needs to go global when we have it. So that’s the challenge we have. It’s a daunting timetable,” Suzman explained.”
‘Gates’ Globalist Vaccine Agenda: A Win-Win for Pharma and Mandatory Vaccination’, April 9, 2020, chilldrenshealthdefense.org
I’ll just excerpt a few portions in Kennedy’s righteous diatribe, which includes polio, DPT in Africa, and malaria vaccines:
“Promising his share of $450 million of $1.2 billion to eradicate polio, Gates took control of India’s National Technical Advisory Group on Immunization (NTAGI), which mandated up to 50 doses (Table 1) of polio vaccines through overlapping immunization programs to children before the age of five. Indian doctors blame the Gates campaign for a devastating non-polio acute flaccid paralysis (NPAFP) epidemic that paralyzed 490,000 children beyond expected rates between 2000 and 2017. In 2017, the Indian government dialed back Gates’ vaccine regimen and asked Gates and his vaccine policies to leave India. NPAFP rates dropped precipitously.”
[…]
“In 2009, the Gates Foundation funded tests of experimental HPV vaccines, developed by Glaxo Smith Kline (GSK) and Merck, on 23,000 young girls in remote Indian provinces. Approximately 1,200 suffered severe side effects, including autoimmune and fertility disorders. Seven died. Indian government investigations charged that Gates-funded researchers committed pervasive ethical violations: pressuring vulnerable village girls into the trial, bullying parents, forging consent forms, and refusing medical care to the injured girls. The case is now in the country’s Supreme Court.
During Gates’ 2002 MenAfriVac campaign in Sub-Saharan Africa, Gates’ operatives forcibly vaccinated thousands of African children against meningitis. Approximately 50 of the 500 children vaccinated developed paralysis. South African newspapers complained, “We are guinea pigs for the drug makers.” Nelson Mandela’s former senior economist, Professor Patrick Bond, describes Gates’ philanthropic practices as “ruthless and immoral.”
In 2010, when Gates committed $10 billion to the WHO, he said “We must make this the decade of vaccines.” A month later, Gates said in a TED Talk that new vaccines “could reduce population.” And, four years later, in 2014, Kenya’s Catholic Doctors Association accused the WHO of chemically sterilizing millions of unwilling Kenyan women with a “tetanus” vaccine campaign. Independent labs found a sterility formula in every vaccine tested. After denying the charges, WHO finally admitted it had been developing the sterility vaccines for over a decade. Similar accusations came from Tanzania, Nicaragua, Mexico, and the Philippines."

I have a great comment
that I KNOW wouldn't be appreciated here!
"The “jumpers” reminded us that one day we will all face only one choice and that is how we will die, not how we will live." Chris Hedges on 9/11
why not?
Hey, RA, tell me. I'll say it for you
words. fail.
I want to hear it!
or read it...
i just found this on Twitter, and the author's key word is
"allegedly", but it's apparently under investigation... myself, i'm cynical enough to believe it, given Daddy Warbucks Gates' long history of the same dreck.
Why do people worship this yahoo?
Cos he’s a billionaire? Spare me! Rec’d!!
Inner and Outer Space: the Final Frontiers.
partially because he's a faux-lanthropist,
as well as the King of Silicon Valley! (mr. wd and i crack up every time our microsoft email crashes, even when we're not even using it.) once he began giving away his daddy warbucks, his fortune doubled or trebled in a few years. he and mellie also have their own 'global development' tab at the guardian world. not a word shall be uttered against their non-profit industrial complex!
oh, look: africa and coronavirus!
$$$$$$Bill Gates$$$$$$
Has waaay more money than god. That's the difference. He's ill. He has Affluenza. Trump has it, Musk has it, Bezos has it, Pelosi has it. The only cure is to make him face his greatest fear, and take all his money away. It's for his own good. And ours.
lol; and that's another
difference. your cure works for me! the other: 'eat the rich' does, too.
Only if served with a tasty Teriyaki sauce. YUM!

Hey, gang. Look what I found at Gates vaccine's dumpster
The new white meat

Watch out, CB
God made cats bite-sized for us swamp critters. I just made the sauce.
There is a lot of misleading information here
For example:
“In 2009, the Gates Foundation funded tests of experimental HPV vaccines, developed by Glaxo Smith Kline (GSK) and Merck, on 23,000 young girls in remote Indian provinces. Approximately 1,200 suffered severe side effects, including autoimmune and fertility disorders. Seven died.
According to the journal Science, one of the most accurate and rigorous news sources, the state of Bihar investigated the 7 deaths and found that one drowned, one died from snake bite, two committed suicides by ingesting poison (if you want to be indignant about something, neoliberal agricultural policies are a fair target), one died of malaria, one died of a hemorrhage unrelated to the vaccine and one likely, but not certainly died from a reaction to the vaccine. The HPV vaccine dramatically reduces probability being stricken with cervical cancer and several related cancers. Cervical cancers are a major cause of death in poorer countries.
What is supposed to be the nefarious motive for the Gates foundation giving away free vaccinations? Gates doesn't make any money from these efforts.
i can't argue with your
praise of the source, but no, i don't agree that vaccinating young girls in any nation against HPV is anything but grifting, given everything i've ever learned. opinions vary, of course, but the 'paid-for science' is not for nothin'. remember the deep water horizon gulf oil blanket leak, for instance?
on edit: i did read current results of the efficacy and safety on the many forms of HPV vaccines at the Lancent, and in general most were safe and efficacious. (the study was done for the Merk Manual, apparently). dunno what they used in india.
are the vaccines free?
‘Gates Foundation Invests in for-Profit Ventures’, by Marco Cáceres, October 12, 2017, vaccinereation.org
some interesting statistics.
Gates foundation finances
With respect to vaccines, the Gate Foundation pays for them, of cours, but they are generally free or heavily subsidized for the recipients.
Whoa! Berkshire Hathaway is Warren Buffet's company
So. He donates money (not taxed because it's "charitable contribution").
The charity bus stock in his company, providing investment capital and boosting the value of the stock through the artificial demand of increased buy orders. Very much like stock buyback, but no taxes at all.
I've seen lots of changes. What doesn't change is people. Same old hairless apes.
Good diary except for when
you cut off Gate's sentence insinuating that he proposed that it was only through the use of vaccines that the fertility rate could be lowered - a Freudian slip if you will.
Here's what he said in full:
"Now if we do a really great job on new vaccines, health care, reproductive health services, we could lower that by perhaps 10 or 15 percent!"
ALL of these can lower the reproductive rate. Personally, I would give more weight to the last two but vaccines are definitely a factor in those as well.
As evidenced by every developed country, there is a direct correlation between child mortality rate and fertility rate. It would be a stretch to think that part of the reason for this correlation was reduced fecundity due to an ancillary effect of vaccines. This correlation had preceded the widespread use of vaccines in every nation where child mortality has been reduced.
But it would be interesting to investigate the differences in financial aid that Gates applies to the different factors that can reduce child mortality and birth rates. I suppose if he gave out $40 million worth of free birth control pills to women's health clinics in African nations he would be accused of genocide.
Do you think there would be as much of an uproar if Gates financed Planned Parenthood clinics in developing countries?
how or where did i
cut off those two sentences? was it in his TED talk? the reason he got into birth control in africa was mellie told him: 'oh those poor african women; one baby in a sling, leading two, and one baby on the way! and she's carrying a basket of her fruit to market on her head!'
so he came up with a programmable, injectable birth control chip and sure, pressured women into getting them. he also wants every woman in africa (perhaps you've seen the photos?) to have a smart phone, so they can check the weather and market prices for their crops (many of which are his GMO crops, i suspect.) is it a choice they make? you seem to think so. and now with climate chaos afoot, he, david attenborough, and jane goodall have upped their calls for the global south to depopulate. no one seems to remind them that in the developing world, carbon footprints are about a tenth of those in the developed world.
but yes: fewer kids mean more educated mums, so they can become part of the capitalist machine. sorry to be so bitter, but i've been watching this version of the 'the white man's burden' for too long now, and i do object to it.
he's also selling digital currency demonetization globally as he did in india.
on edit: i don't think gates gives away much, but i'd call him a neo-malthusisn, along with attenborough and goodall. the first eugenicist i knew about was margaet sanger, who'd designed the diaphragm for...black americans. (
You made me go and watch the TED talk
to find out what he actually said. You need to at least give complete sentences to put things in context.
From your essay:
BTW, do you have a link to WHO's admission to the following? The only thing I can find is references back to
JFK. s/b RFKjust to be clear,
it was RFK, jr who had linked to the TED talk; i never watched. the standards are: reblogging, but keeping hyperlinks in tact, etc. i'd only included the kiro7 hyperlink.
but as to your Q, this from researchgate you may have missed? i'm tired and am getting more confused than normal.
and i take it that you'd never read my link to black racist eugenicist margaret sanger, who'd created planned parenthood?
Vaccine-based
sterilization/contraception has been researched since the 1980's. There have been allegations over the years of of this "feature" being surreptitiously incorporated into other, usually tetanus, vaccines. Most recent case was Kenya 2014 IIRC.
From Vaccine Weekly, 1995:
oh, my.
this aroused their suspicions?
good gawd all-friday. it corroborates RFK's link above.
And TPTB have their rationalizations all ready to hand
Try getting them to explain this and they'll give you some blahblah about "extra hazards from pregnancy and childbirth "requiring" repeat injections" yada yada yada.
Moreover, the same "debunking" (labs incapable of doing proper tests) keeps recurring year after year in different countries - always whichever one is the current subject of discussion.
I would like some conclusive information on this, but it's unlikely we'll get any.
There is no justice. There can be no peace.
lol. and yes,
all we're left wit is a 'coincidence theory' (h/t to a friend of the late great william blum.
but of course it's so. see bits from jacob levitch waaaay down yonder.
I don't have an answer but
I do know what the difference between trump's limo and a cactus is.

A cactus has the prick on the outside.
I did miss an opportunity though. It should have been: Q: How is the White house different from a cactus. A: All the pricks are on the outside of a cactus.
"Ah, but I was so much older then, I'm younger than that now..."
Flashback
I was with my partner Jim in the rear admiral's office. (Jim was 71 and senior. At that time he needed special permission to avoid mandatory retirement at 70).
Jim: "That Captain at the Pentagon. You know. That real prick."
Admiral (wearily): "Which one, Jim? There are so many."
I've seen lots of changes. What doesn't change is people. Same old hairless apes.
Robert Kennedy is an anti-science
anti-vaxxer and literally anything he says on this subject needs to be corroborated by one or more actually credible scientific sources before I’d believe it.
i'd never heard him called
'an anti-vaxxer', but i take your caution. but then i'm not a Gates detractor myownself, so maybe it's a bit of confirmation bias at play for me.
beaming Bloomberg, Gates, & Schmidt walk into a bar…, wd, May 7, 2020

There are many videos to choose from, but I watched this one a few days ago and it was ok.
oh, my; 2hs & 20mins?
thank you; i hope other can manage it, but it would take multiple stop/break/start sessions to watch and listen. in addition, i don't take audio into my brain at all well, as in: not an auditory learner. i pity the poor students that are forced to take gates' charter schools (or others') online computer classes who might be such as i.
and may i assume you'd meant this for BayAreaLefty, then?
I meant it for you. Yes, 2 hours is too much time. Suffice it
to say that there is a lot of big money gunning for RFK Jr., So set aside the smears against him and judge him with your own ears.
it's not i who's smearing him.
this entire OP was copy/pasted from his website, amigo. so what are you talking about, if i may ask?
I don't think you smeared him. Sorry if I came across that way.
RFK Jr.
In his defense,
On the highly controversial vax issue, about which I know little, it's a bit unfair to sweep him neatly into the simple Anti-Vax box, as his position is he is in favor of them -- but only if they are proven safe, have gone through rigorous testing. Beyond that it is interesting he's been on this issue for 15 yrs now and has not backed down. Also interesting that he is eager to take on detractors in debate -- but in the 2 hr video cited elsewhere here, he notes that his fierce critics usually boldly talk the talk but then arrange not to show up for a scheduled debate, even an unfair, stacked one. As with his example of the CT lege-arranged debate featuring 5 Yale scientists going up against him who agreed then failed to show.
On his very strong, specific charges against Gates: if not true, or essentially so, where is the BG defamation lawsuit?
Tippo the hat to wendy for bringing this RFKJr vs Gates info to my attention, as well as the existence of Kennedy's childrenshealthdefense org.
Is Switzerland
"anti-science"? After all, there are no compulsory vaccinations for children, and as far as I can determine, nor for adults.
Yet they don't appear to be collapsing in a miasma of disease and despair. Actually, for DPT and measles their vaccination rate is slightly higher than the US.
But they have a *choice* and do not attempt to penalize/criminalize/ostracize/censor those who decline or have reservations about vaccines.
Bet Tina Turner has never looked back.
sweezerland is also has
a direct democracy government.
The Tetanus Toxin beta-hGC reference is also suspect
There are no primary data. They refer to public data and the labs in Kenya responsible for the data were later shown to be unable to carry out the requisite analyses. I have never heard of the journal and can not find anything about it on the www. John Oller, one of the principal authors, is a creationist and anti-vaxxer. He is in the Communicative Disorders department. He is not a microbiologist, epidemiologist or biochemist.
thanks for doing such due
diligence, amigo.

Before I read the essay, my mind's answer was
God is silent, Gates talks ... I prefer God.
After having read through the essay (you put a lot of work into it, brava) I have just two questions. Here or in the German press or TV they explained they take a certain virus at a certain point in time and build a vaccine on the basis of that specific virus' chemical? or biochemical? structure. Within the time they finisih developing the vaccine, the original virus upon which the developed their vaccine, had mutated at least three to six times. How would that vaccine be helpful, as it would kill just one virus variant /version of all mutations that are out there. I am not an anti-vaxxer, but would be very sceptical about the vaccine they would develop.
They can't even exactly know, how many people have been infected, nor do they know, if those who got infected and developed symptoms and are treated and survived, why they survived and what caused the increase of their survival probability.
How would they then ever know, when 'the pandemic' has ended?
Too late and tired to get into the science stuff. We are drown in covid-19 reports every day and the overall answer is: 'We don't know that for sure though'. I guess not knowing for sure would mean, so far we have nothing much to offer.
https://www.euronews.com/live
you've asked good Qs, amiga.
i may be the least knowledgeable person to know, but we hear so much news every single day that it's hard to know who or what to trust from 'the experts'. the mutations are demonstrated, iirc, by gene sequencing, but as a layman, i'd need to ask for which adaption would/could a vaccine be efficacious and safe as well. but ramping up factories, testing later seems crazy to me.
but as gates has said many times, the lockdowns may not end until everyone on the planet has gotten one. so...forced vaccinations? in the CO county that includes gentrified telluride, the national guard was sent in to force people to submit to drawing their blood because: novel cornovirus. wonder how that went?
thanks, the gene sequencing slipped my mind,
getting old and tired and more lazy to do research articles. Sorry. Good Night.
https://www.euronews.com/live
please understand that
i'd mentioned it by way of rote/reading; it's not that i begin to comprehend it, lol. sleep well, dream well, mimi.
A large number of countries are now gradually
coming out of lockdowns. I doubt any country will wait until there is a vaccine. As more and more reliable tests become available, we will be seeing an increasing number reduce quarantining.
There's a good possibility that herd immunity will take affect sooner than a vaccine is found. We still don't know enough about this new buddy of Gaia.
yes, but the news:
second wave! OMG! more lockdowns needed! at least china, afaik, takes care of people in lockdown, but i can't swear to that. moscow? beats me. but better than the US of A, that's fo' sho'.
Antibody response
thank you.
i'd reckoned someone might have an idea:
Simple answer: a good vaccine should still work even if a few mutations occur.
Epidemics do end. It only feels like forever.
A vaccine may protect against several similar types of a virus even if the virus has mutated to some slightly different forms.
If the virus has mutated quite a bit a vaccine may keep someone from having a serious case even though they do get infected and get a mild illness. The immune system of the vaccinated person has learned to recognize the original virus but is not as fast at destroying the new mutated version of the virus.
We may need to have a new, slightly different version of the vaccine every year or two for the same reason that we need flu vaccines every year.
This new virus is very similar to the virus that caused the SARS epidemic in 2003 and there has been a lot of research since that time on coronaviruses. Experts on SARS have quickly started to understand more about how this virus works.
The 2003 SARS epidemic was stopped before much research could be done to find the best treatments, but physicians and researchers around the world are working on ending this epidemic. Hundreds of papers are being posted every day.
There are over 100 clinical trials proposed or started for various types of vaccines against this virus. Until there is a vaccine available we need to use testing and contact tracing. These are proven ways to minimize the number of people who get infected.
I hope the US can learn from the things that countries like Korea, New Zealand and Germany are doing and start to decrease the tragic loss of so many of our citizens.
A correction to your statement is necessary
Genomic analysis shows that SARS1 is 70.4% similar genetically to SARS2--this is similar, but I would not say very similar.
Bat-CoV-RaTG13 shares 97% genomic similarity. Source: Peak Prosperity's Dr. Chris Martensen, PhD pathology.
Check this one out for another viewpoint:
Coronavirus: bad science or something worse.
Both have similar biology.
Both types of virus are surrounded by a lipid membrane. Both have a spike protein used enter cells by attaching to the protein called the ACE-2 receptor. Since they both attack cells with ACE-2 receptors they cause similar types of problems for people who are infected. One pre-print says the new virus that causes Covid-19 binds about 4 times as strongly to the ACE-2 which is presumably why it is more contagious.
Both kinds of virus have positive-sense, single-stranded RNA that is copied by the same mechanism to form new viruses. The biochemistry of both types of virus is similar. Research on SARS has given a much better understanding about how this type of virus can be combated.
You first, Bill.
Microsoft's product testing model of 'throw untested shit out there and watch the customers suffer' doesn't work especially well in developing non-crappy software. When applied to human health, it becomes a model right out of the Josef Mengele school of research.
The current working assumption appears to be that our Shroedinger's Cat system is still alive. But what if we all suspect it's not, and the real problem is we just can't bring ourselves to open the box?
'you first'
meaning take your own novel cornoavirus vaccine? and mebbe millie, too? but yeah, his software sucks, and now he's not even supporting windows 7 no mo', the pig. so we're all
supposed to buy new laptops w/ a new windows 10 touchscreen?
not that i'm a steve jobs admirer, but most say gates stole GUI software from job, as well.
i won't take your bet below.
Actually, GUI was developed by Xerox
Jobs didn’t “steal it” — he traded Apple stock for it aboveboard
https://www.mac-history.net/computer-history/2012-03-22/apple-and-xerox-...
Gates was an imitator who made a knock-off, like Google and Samsung copying iPhone — as shown by the widely-posted photo comparing how Android prototypes looked before the iPhone announcement with how an immediately made-over Android looked after.
thank you both for
my misapprehension.
Excellent parallel. I also draw a parallel between his scheme to
vaccinate the whole world and Windows 10 being surreptitiously installed on Windows 7 machines without the owners' permission.
Who wants to bet...
there will be more health complications and death caused from mass administration of Gate's Cure (tm) than were ever caused by the virus itself?
The current working assumption appears to be that our Shroedinger's Cat system is still alive. But what if we all suspect it's not, and the real problem is we just can't bring ourselves to open the box?
No verification of this but

$138 Million Government Contract Will Fund Production Of 500 Million Pre-Filled COVID-19 Vaccine “Injection Devices”
May 12, 2020 by Michael Snyder
Just when you thought that things couldn’t get any stranger, two U.S. government agencies have taken things to an entirely new level. The U.S. Department of Defense and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services have just put out a press release that is absolutely jaw dropping, but so far hardly anyone is talking about it. According to the press release, a 138 million dollar contract has been awarded to ApiJect Systems America for two projects known as “Project Jumpstart” and “RAPID USA”. Apparently the goal of these projects is to have vast numbers of “injection devices” ready to go once a COVID-19 vaccine becomes available. The following comes directly from the official website of the Department of Defense… (Read More...)

Kissinger and for sure others as well, for the content of their comments and essays, I barely understand, but would like not to be discouraged more than necessary when I try to understand.
I appreciate all your efforts to make the science understandable to mimi-ers. I admit I would have a less stressful time to read through your comments, if scienctific language and cutesy lingo wouldn't be mixed together for the purpose of making the whole thing more fun. To me it doesn't. I prefer something like this:
Although it's hard. Reading that long sentence I decided to say, 'o shit' - how many times to reread and how many naps in between do I need?
Alligator's recommended link to this guy is hard too:
Coronavirus: Bad Science (Or Something Worse?) May Well Be Costing Lives
That the guys talks too fast and too much and needs to breathe in between sentences. At the same time, my guts tell me, that guy said something worth-while to understand. His thinking, reading and talking simultaneously hides the proof in the pudding. But the last days all of my favorite guys I listen to, start talking, and talking, and more talking and forget to breathe once in a while. Saufz.
Sigh, who would have thought that my favorite children book's author Erich Kästner is right. He once said:
Wird's besser, wird's schlimmer, fragt man alljährlich, Seien wir ehrlich, Leben ist immer lebensgefährlich
My own (underwhelming translation of this beautiful rhyming quote in the German language: "Does it get better, does it gets worse, you ask yearly, let's face it, life is always life-threatening surely."
Life-threatening risks - why torture your brain about them - we die anyway.
May be an antidot to too much worrying is the Sartre's play that wonders about how awful it would be if we were immortal. (I think the play was called in English: "Being and Nothingness". I have forgotten if it was this one. As a fourteen year old I had to give a presentation in class of that play, and it was a huge flop. The class fell asleep and I kinda was upset that nobody seemed to have gotten the point of that play.
Reminds me of what is happening now talking about covid-19's risk.
I love you all, no matter what you say, how you say it and how awfully wrong or right you may be. Luckily one day I will be dead and don't have to think anymore.

i did get lost in the ozone looking t many of the earlier links, but gates and GAVI RFK spends time on. but let's not forget, gates is also the King of Education, even though his private charter schools core knowledge programs actually resulted in lower test cores, esp. math.
one title had reminded me of jacob levitch who did his thesis (iirc) of the 'true agenda of the gates foundation' or close to that. this is one part, although i'd featured all 4 parts last year or something:
and of course he makes money from his 'philanthropy', it's not for nothin' he invests in the firms that make products he intends to 'give away'.
he's also intended to be the King of Test the World, not just in seattle as per the RT link above, as per my last gates, schmidt, exposé, and use his smartphone apps to 'trace' others who might have been exposed. ach, it's all just too sordid.
Sure. Let's give Bill Gates indemnity. While we're at it let's
also indemnify auto manufacturers, manufacturers of child car seats, and sushi chefs that prepare blowfish. After all why should they be on the hook if they fuck up and kill someone.
indemnify not only gates...

doesn't work, may be because I have a German
@wendy davis, @lotlizard, @JtC
language keybord, and even if I switch to display as an English keybord, it doesn't work. The @ sign is at the Q-key and you can put in into the comment section with pressing the Alt Gr key and pushing the Q key at the same time. But that does work only in the comment section and not in the subject field line. That's why I asked lotlizard the question, because I think she might know, having probably a German keybord as well.
Sorry, for distracting from the thread, I just wanted to pick from lotlizard's knowledge.
