Stealing Elections?
The heck you say.
I am not sure that Trump "really" carried all those swing states by such tiny margins in 2016. I'm not sure that he didn't.
What am I sure of is that there is no rational reason to trust the vote count OR the ability of people to cast their ballot in the first place. This is not news.
If various well known public figures like West believe that one side or the other is worse -- what possible difference can that make if the election is rigged? To make it harder for them to rig? Looking at the Democratic Nomination this year, I have nothing but a hearty laugh for the idea that the people in power have any concern whatsoever about being caught rigging an election.
On the substantive question of which side IS worse? My opinion is there are not two sides, and I find it baffling how few people agree with me. The wars continue, the taxes keep getting cut further and further, corporate control of our lives gets tighter and tighter, polar ice keeps melting and American civilization's disintegration keeps accelerating no matter which color of jersey is in power.
I was not going to vote before I heard these ways that "Trump" (that busiest evildoer of all time) can fix the election. Still not going to waste my time voting.
I cried when I wrote this song. Sue me if I play too long.
