Two Time Loser Debating Running?

There is a clear frontrunner: Bernie Sanders. But I guarantee you Hillary will run regardless. Count on it. https://t.co/5xVuk70KZm

"If she enters the race there needs to be a very clear, very strong reaction to the idea that we do not want her. Not then, not now, not ever. It is time for that old cow to be put out to pasture.""No, just no no no. Please be wrong... the most wrong you have ever been. She has Kamalapuppet, isn't that enough?"
"If HillaryClinton does run, she will be defeated and humiliated and personally, I would enjoy seeing that."
"Does she really want to lose to Trump twice? Actually, yes. If that’s the price for preventing an actual progressive from winning, she’s absolutely committed to giving us another term of Trump. She’s taking another one for Team Corporate".
If Biden runs she won't. If he doesn't then she will. Gee. Who didn't see this coming?

Oops
Hit save accidentally... guess I'll place this here. AOC said that she had to form a committee to decide what her thoughts were on Venezuela. Here's what she came up with.
I mean, she's not wrong, exactly
Also, GO AWAY HILLARY.
This shit is bananas.
What a huge disappointment?
Only if one expected something more from a candidate who needed a committee to weigh in on another attempt by the U.S. to destabilize a sovereign country, swoop in with their puppet replacement, and then steal their resources.
I know I didn't.

Well, if you wanted a revolution, . . .
. . . this is the way you'll get one.
Personally, I'd figured we'd see the end of the US in some form of dissolution of the whole into little bits, just a natural withering of the nation as climate change takes region after region. A domino theory that no one in power would have an idea or chance (or inclination, if the truth be known) of stopping.
But if you get HRC on election day, it probably would be rather messier. There are a lot of folks out there with specific plans for that kind of eventuality. And they aren't on the Left.
Ha! Rewriting history much?
Guess Denise doesn't remember when Hillary said that RFK was assassinated right after he became the candidate?
ah, poor bitter Denise
It must suck being a flaming asshole who embraced a candidate who was not only responsible for getting Trump into the race, but was also responsible for losing the race.

I'm stunned that she is supporting Kampala
Denise feels very strongly about how blacks have been treated and yet she thinks that Kambama the ex prosecutor who has a horrible history when it comes to how she treated blacks, other minorities and poor people. How many black women did she hassle about their kid's truancy? But my biggest problem with Kambama was she refused to release low level offenders because they were the source of cheap prison labor. The country has a history of using black prisoners for slave labor.
I suspect Denise feels strongly about
How blacks have been treated when it fits her agenda. She strikes me just as another cheap self aggrandizing poser who would sell out her own community if it meant a spot on MEET THE PRESS where she could pontificate about the poor treatment of blacks.

I am under the same impression of her.
Why she doesn’t support the better candidate of colour is a reflection of her lack of integrity. How does one go from being a true activist to a pretender at times? What I find most offensive is her more deliberate ingenuousness. Yes, she does good writing of racial history and contemporary injustice, but she herself and others would be better off if she applied it honestly. I think we might have created a world where even 'thinking' people are easily deceived.
The age of sadist politicians and oligarchs
Oh, please.
Denise was never -- never -- as smart or as radical or as sincere in her concern for the abused as she purports to be. She supports Kamala because she knows no one else would give her the time of day (and if Kamala were to do so it would be a sign that her own star is falling). Most of the frontpagers at TOP are just looking for a way to become a player in a system that has fully and irrevocably grasped that they are not players.
We should probably leave Dee alone, let her mutter to herself. Her existence is surely punishment enough for any abuse she heaped upon others.
In this particular tweet she simply served to make Peter Daou look like the brainy, reasonable one.
Good one

I took a look at her Twitter feed to see if I could figure her political bent now. Here's what she's tweeting or retweeting
I'm going to have to stop with this one.
Looks like another one bites the dust.

Ugh. Identity politics
yeah, i saw one of her related tweets about
having a great woman of color in the race, but i found only one other reference to either harris or gabbard, so i don't even know which side of that divide she's on.
oh, well.

Identity politics back then too
Steven D sure wrote an excellent response to her and he absolutely nailed the hypocrisy of the two sides during the primary
.
Steven hasn't been here since September and there were a lot of names that are absent.

That’s the wretched witch who told me
I had NO RIGHT to criticize Obama and if I did than so was a racist. So I told her that he was marketed to be a universal stud muffin and that’s how he was packaged, running down the beach in swim trunks and a bunch of other PR crap. (This was during the healthcare coverage hearings.) I believe I lasted a day or two after that.
What a moron. She’s so hateful but when she gets it back she loses it.

Olbermann sure thought it was
He let Hillary have it in his special comment when he talked about how many blacks had been murdered and stuff about other murders. This is from my memory so I can be off. I'll see if I can find it. Or didn't someone post it here recently? Maybe they will stop by..
Here it is in all its glory and boy is it a doozy!

LIE!
Quoting Denise Oliver-Velez's Tweet:
What a vicious fucking lie that Tweet is! Sanders did exactly that for Hillary, selling out his own base in the process! And a "manly" Sanders would, at least, have fought on the convention floor if not run under some sort of third party!
I won't go into further detail as regards my opinion of Denise Oliver-Velez right now, as what I'd say wouldn't be up to JtC's standards for this place.......

Yah, that was a dozy of a lie.
I think we understand how you feel:))
How they can hold on to their lie about Bernie not campaigning for Hillary is mind boggling isn't it? There are plenty of videos that would show them that he did just that. But what they are really upset about is that Bernie didn't tell his supporters to vote for her. First off no one has the right to tell people who they have to vote for and secondly, I don't remember Hillary saying that. I remember how dirty Hillary turned after it was clear that she couldn't beat Obama. Nasty is a better word.
The hillbots think that everyone one who voted for Stein owed their votes to Hillary. Apparently it's not people's choice to vote for whomever they want anymore. Lots of rules got rewritten last time didn't they?

who they have the right to vote for ... ".

If her heinous does run and get the nomination,
we can look forward to hearing "Bernie Would Have Won!" for another 4 years. In fact, unless Bernie, Tulsi, maybe Warren, or some unannounced progressive (Merkley?) gets the nomination, Trump wins, IMO. Such is the SOP of the IOP. (Inauthentic Opposition Party) Better another Trump term than a true progressive in office.
"Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable." - JFK | "The more I see of the moneyed peoples, the more I understand the guillotine." - G. B. Shaw Bernie/Tulsi 2020
I don't discount her running again.
But it would have to be under special circumstances--like the nomination going into second round and every delegate being freed to vote for whom they wanted. I would watch what Bill is saying in public appearances. I happened to watch Bill's appearance on Colbert where Bill was talking up Trump big time (and of course putting down Bernie supporters as essentially losers). Seemed strange at the time that Bill was talking like a fawning groupie--however, I had not read about the Piped Piper Strategy.
Lots of people have thought that was the plan all along
Have so many people run that no one comes out a clear winner leaving the way for the super delegates to vote in the second round or the DNC to pull a Wallace and install her at the convention.
People said they want the super delegates to go away so the DNC came up with this compromise. Nifty huh?
Keep your eye on the NYC Public Advocates race tomorrow, snoopy
So, There were 31 candidates rushed into the election.
17 will be on the ballot tomorrow.
If Jumaane wins, that flood the zone tactic will not be proved effective. Maybe the DNC can re-work it and try it again.
OTOH, if Jumaane loses, the DNC and their minions will be pleased to use their strategy vigorously going forward.

FWIW, per CNN, FSC has met with the following
candidates, within the last couple weeks,
Biden
Castro
Harris
Booker
Klobuchar
Guess she wasn't too impressed with any of them, except ol' Joe.

Her meeting with those people is in the tweet video
This is what started this conversation about her possible running. Penn says that if Biden doesn't run there's a good chance that she will. Never mind that there are other candidates already, are women and pretty much are just different versions of her. This is why people think that so many others have thrown their hats in the ring. They are place holders for Hillary and we're going to see a rerun of the primary. Bernie has stated that he will support the democratic winner because of course we need to beat Trump. Yeah, how'd that work out last time?
Banging my head on the wall!

Sorry, fairly new here, so don't know a lot of the abbreviations.
Hi, Kath - Welcome! No problem, just explained
