Now it's worth watching the debates.
I donated to her a month ago.
I saw her on Jimmy Dore yesterday talking about our regime change wars, and it really caught my attention when she said, "This is not a game."
It was a moment of rare authenticity in politics.

I also pointed dkmich and eyo to her interview on this Jimmy Dore clip. I hope they consider it changing a bit their opinions about her.
And I hope she doesn't use the usual words in campaign ads about prosperity etc. Can't hear those anymore, too often used by misleading folks in media and by campaigners.

It is empowering to have a campaign that is so responsive. Good to see she is surrounded by a top notch team. Her voice will make an important difference in the Democratic line up. In the past few days, there has been vicious and reactionary push back against her in the jungle. Her vision has them frightened.

Good news and what is wrong with TYT and Tulsi
I just happened to pick up MCSC doing a rebuttal to TYT (Ana K) really attacking Tulsi for not being progressive. She really created straw men/distorted Tulsi's positions and even went to do the typical character assassination by saying Bannon supported her or some such shit.
TYT seems to be morphing into MSNBC-lite or a video channel version of TOP.
(It smells to me of a paid political hit job ala Markos and his consulting work while running TOP.)
Ana K got a lot of well desrved push back on her hatchet job.
TYT was basically forced into doing an interview (Ana K was apparently excluded).
Cenk was pretty aggressive but Tulsi did well.
Tulsi continues to refine her presentation & will be ready when the debates come around.

Yah, I would get angry at the hatchet jobs, but not anymore.
It was good practice leading up to the debates. She knows what smears to expect. She can have well thought out and short answers.
I still don't get why TYT did the attacks and aggressive interview in the first place. Well, but then again, they were totally into their version of Maddow on Russiagate. It might be all about views, clicks, and members, which I suspect maybe closer to TOP than C99.
She hasn't quite reached 65,000 yet
The email was a bit misleading. It said they reached their fundraising goals for the first quarter. But apparently the first quarter goal wasn't the 65,000 unique donors they need to be in the first debate.
If I had to guess, their first quarter fundraising goal was a specific dollar amount.
According to Tulsi's campaign, by 12 AM March 31 (FEC 1st quarter reporting deadline), they had reached the 57,292 donor mark. It sounds like they'll hit the big 65,000 pretty soon.
