Today's Humor (3/1/17): Running Marco Rubio evicted!
Submitted by Alligator Ed on Wed, 03/01/2017 - 8:56pm
I'm sure we all remember Marco Rubio, the person holding the record for being AWOL from Congress most often. Obviously Marco has a lot of things on his mind but governing isn't one of them. He is however quite fleet of foot when running away from his constituents.
However, his constituents know where he sometimes goes to hide works. In fact so many now have decided if Marco won't come to them, they will come to him. This display of citizen participation in what we peculiarly call "democracy" has so annoyed his landlord that Marco has been evicted from his office.

Fighting for democratic principles,... well, since forever
As Nelson from the Simpons would say

Even if he held a town hall meeting
And people were polite to him and let him speak he is still going to destroy the ACA. The same thing would happen if people did scream at him.
He wants the ACA destroyed enough that it won't help people but still will allow the insurance companies to continue to make obscene profits.
There were problems with running a campaign of Joy while committing a genocide? Who could have guessed?
Harris is unburdened of speaking going forward.
Personally I find it rather humorous
that all these Repugnants are NOW protesting their representatives when they themselves elected these idiots and voted repeatedly for just the policies they now oppose. I know, probably not all are Repugnants and one should not use such divisive thoughts but really, it is the way of the American Tea Bagger, is it not? Now they've got some crappy insurance through ACA and they don't want to give that up, but when it was only the mythical "other" who was "getting it" they were all against it.
Only a fool lets someone else tell him who his enemy is. Assata Shakur
I doubt that all the protestors are Rethugs
In Hillsborough County, Florida (Tampa), Democrats have traditionally out numbered Republicans in voter registrations. Current figures of the registered voters in Hillsborough County show Republicans comprise 31.4%, Democrats 39.5%, Independents 26.3%, and Others less than 3%.
Generally, in the most populous counties in Florida, voter registrations by party are split. Only Leon (Tallahasse) 52.9% Democrat and Broward (Fort Lauderdale) 50.6% have voter registrations over 50% Democrat among the most populous counties in Florida. Leon County has consistently had the highest voter turnout in the state.
Do I hear the sound of guillotines being constructed?

My suggestion for Marco's new office
Rent space at Raymond James Stadium (Tampa).
As the protests grow people will need a place to sit...
