psyops within psyops over syria, including exploited children & a PSA from john bolton

First up:  Jeffrey St. Clair: “+ Someone recently asked me to describe what I mean by the Sputnik Left and I said you’ll know it when you see it. The best definition I could come up with was: political activists who rigorously apply Chomsky’s lens to the NYT, WashPost, and the Guardian, but regurgitate as gospel whatever they read or hear on RT or Sputnik.”, ‘Roaming Charges’, Aug. 24, 2018 (a big wd smile)

Next: ‘Bolton calls on Al-Qaeda to stage more chemical attacks in Syria’, Eva Bartlett, August 24, 2018, RT

“The latest script-reader to toe the chemical hoax line is President Trump’s national security adviser, John Bolton, who on August 22, stated: “…if the Syrian regime uses chemical weapons we will respond very strongly and they really ought to think about this a long time.”

Beyond the tattered veil of moral superiority that is US war propaganda, Bolton’s words were clearly a very public command to Al-Qaeda and co-extremists to stage yet another fake chemical attack.

Bolton’s statement was preceded by an August 21 France-UK-US (FUKUS) joint statement, likewise threatening further illegal bombing of Syria if a chemical attack in Syria occurred (based on evidence the US never has nor needs to reveal).

Recall that the last time they acted on such a threat, in April 2018, the US and its interventionist allies didn’t even wait for the Douma lie to be exposed, let alone for any mythical evidence to materialize, before they illegally bombed Syria with 103 missiles. The bombings occurred before the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) had a chance to visit the Douma sites in question.”

She proceeds to deconstruct the non-evidence of earlier ‘chemical attacks’ in Douma, including hospital staff testifying at the Hague that no patients exhibited symptoms of such, linking to  the recent briefing report on the Douma allegations by the Working Group on Syria, Propaganda and Media that collectively analyzed ‘the facts around the Douma allegations’ (and previous ones), and the discrepancies around the official narratives, as well as:

“The OPCW’s July 2018 interim report on Douma noted that in samples taken from alleged sites, no chemicals that are prohibited in the Chemical Weapons Convention were detected. The OPCW found traces of “chlorinated organic chemicals”, but not Sarin, as alleged by supposed expert Eliot Higgins and the White House, among others.”

August 25, RT: “The attack would be used as a pretext for US, UK and French airstrikes on Syrian targets, Russian Defense Ministry spokesman, Major General Igor Konashenkov said. USS ‘The Sullivans,’ an Arleigh Burke-class Aegis guided missile destroyer, was already deployed to the Persian Gulf a couple of days ago, he added.

The destroyer has 56 cruise missiles on board, according to data from the Russian Defence Ministry. A US Rockwell B-1 Lancer, a supersonic bomber equipped with 24 cruise missiles, has also been deployed at the Qatari Al Udeid Airbase.

The provocations are being prepared by militants from Al-Nusra Front (now known as Tahrir al-Sham) in Idlib province, northwestern Syria.

In order to stage the attack, some eight canisters of chlorine were delivered in to village near Jisr al-Shughur city for the terrorists’ use, he added. A separate group of militants, prepped by private British security company Olive, have also arrived in the area. The group will be disguised as volunteers from the White Helmets group and will simulate a rescue operation involving locals purportedly injured in the attack, according to the military official.

According to the Defense Ministry spokesman, recent statements by US National Security Advisor John Bolton – in which he threatened to bomb Syria – could be interpreted as an implicit confirmation of such airstrikes. On August 22, Bolton stated that “… if the Syrian regime uses chemical weapons, we will respond very strongly and they really ought to think about this a long time.”

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov warned Washington against new reckless moves in Syria, RIA Novosti reported. “We hear ultimatums from Washington, including those made in public,” the top official said, apparently referring to Bolton’s recent remarks.”

Ha; Jeffrey St. Clair had left out RIA Novosti; step up yer game, son!.

Sorry to feel the need to blast him at you, but you likely need to hear his threat and watch his accursed  lips mustache move: August 22:

In her Aug. 16 ‘Eyes on Idlib: Syrian children robbed of innocence to act as mouthpieces for US coalition proxies’, Vanessa Beeley, via RT offers a compendium about the many children weaponized in the name of ‘regime change’ at best, and the dangerous, award-winning psyop of the stars of stage and screen the #White Helmets.  It’s likely readers will know most of this already, and can offer even better videos that demonstrate their staged rescues.

First there was Bana al-Abed, who, at only six-years-old, shot to fame depicting life under “Syrian and Russian bombs” in East Aleppo while ignoring the ravages of this enclave by the numerous US coalition-sponsored terrorist and extremist factions that included Al Nusra Front (Al Qaeda) and an assortment of client sectarian militants who collectively punished Syrian civilians in both East and West Aleppo for almost five years

Bana [al-Abed] rose to prominence in the final months of the Syrian Arab Army campaign to finally liberate the Aleppo’s eastern suburbs from extremist mafia gangs and criminal parasites armed by NATO member states and Gulf States and promoted by the Western media as “moderate rebels” while they crucified, executed, tortured, raped and generally abused the Syrian civilians who did not submit to their version of “democracy and freedom”.

The exploitation of Bana by her own parents has been extensively documented and her father’s ties to Nusra Front and even ISIS have been explored. Bana herself has been instrumentalized and converted into a tool for Western military adventurism in Syria. She has been firmly placed on the treadmill of useful “victim” stardom where she will continue to provide the propaganda gymnastics required of her by her controllers and handlers working within the Western soft power complex.” [snip]

“Previously we had Omran Daqneesh, the “face of the suffering of Aleppo”. Unfortunately for the pro-regime-change cartel, Omran’s fame was short-lived when his father was interviewed in 2017, expressing his steadfast support for the Syrian government and his horror that his son had been so universally exploited. Those interviews exposed the story as fake on a number of levels and the media promulgators of the story as shallow, hypocritical narrative builders for empire.”

She spends a lot of time and Twitter videos showing the psyop stars of Eastern Gouta: Noor and Alaa, and features photos of the two snuggling up with Turkish Prez Erdogan post  “… exit package for Noor and Alaa was similar to Bana’s – from Idlib they headed to Turkey, the country that was most active in nurturing and incubating the extremist entities that have infested Syria with their ideological hatred and racism.”

From this Tweetie of theirs:

“Today we are so happy to have @RaedAlSaleh3 the head of the Syrian Civil Defense @SyriaCivilDef in our home. He is very kind and he brought us some sweets.
The #WhiteHelmets are such a brave people.”

“Of the Idlib child pool, Marwa is the most eloquent and is once again promoting the White Helmets, another common thread that runs through the child chatter from inside areas that are “serviced” by this dubious search and rescue team that has been roundly discredited by Scott Ritter – a former United Nations weapons inspector in Iraq.

“First and foremost, as a “light” USAR team, the White Helmets are not trained or equipped to conduct rescues of entrapped victims. […] The techniques used by the White Helmets are not only technically wrong, but dangerous to anyone who might actually be trapped. […] In my opinion, the videos are pure theater, either staged to impress an unwitting audience, or actually conducted with total disregard for the wellbeing of any real victims.” Ritter said in an op-ed piece titled ‘Trump’s Sarin Claims Based on a Lie’.

She features other exploited by the war machine children who’ve seemingly swapped names, accounts, etc., and doesn’t wonder that readers will be confused.  Her righteous rant calling out those who are harnessing the kids into the (fake) humanitarian war complex as unwitting pawns…that robs them of their innocence by way of their parents having chosen the lost cause side of mercenaries and extremists.

The children are not to blame but one wonders what they will become.”

@GermanyDiplo  “Germany has provided funding of 17 million euros to the #WhiteHelmets’ work since 2016 and will continue to do its utmost to support the organisation.”

The UK, US, and EU proudly funds them, as well.  It gets seriously creepy seeing the same children being ‘rescued’ from the rubble; oddly their clothes are clean.

Read this garbage from Ken Roth. Syria is all Russia's fault. No mention of Al Qaeda in Idlib at all. It's East Aleppo all over again. Same voices.

for detailed analysis of the Syrian conflict you will never get from the Atlanticist (FUKUS) dominated MSM.

Who to believe about Syria?

I’m no expert about Syria, so why these blogposts? The initial stimulus was realising that people of good will and similar ethics can have some markedly contrasting views of the situation in Syria. This was a puzzle to me. And given the gravity of what’s at stake, I felt an obligation to try and solve it.

The basic disagreement could not be explained by familiar sorts of political bias. It cuts across left-right and authoritarian-libertarian lines; a person’s stance on it can not even be predicted by their stance, say, on Palestine, or Cuba. Attitudes to Russia can be a better indicator, but if my own case is anything to go by, this has nothing particularly to do with political views and is anyway an effect rather than a cause. What Putin says about Syria tends to resonate with what I’ve come to think; I have never thought that any statement was true because Putin made it. I also just don’t think it very intellectually mature or responsible to suppose that something is false because he says it!

Still, it is understandable that people would rather accept the consensus view of our news outlets, especially since it is echoed by the vast majority of our politicians and opinion formers, along with NGOs like Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, and MSF. They present Assad as the problem in Syria and regime change as the solution.

The general public do not perceive that view as a controversial one. It seems established beyond the range of normal political debate that ‘Assad must go’. ‘Assad’s regime’ is regarded, like Hitler’s, as beyond the pale of reasonable disagreement. The only kind of debate there can be on this basis is whether Assad is as bad as Hitler. In fact, US spokesperson Sean Spicer recently suggested Hitler was less bad.

As karma would have it, the hapless Spicer also let us know, with a slip of the tongue, that America’s “first goal is to destabilise Syria”.

Should we believe the official narrative or the one that, while suppressed, still sometimes slips out? I have asked this question of reports from Channel 4, from BBC, from Amnesty International, from Doctors Without Borders, and from UK Government. I’ve shared my findings in the five blogs respectively linked. I have concluded that none of those reports provides credible evidence to support the mainstream account of what has been happening in Syria these past six years.

I ask nobody to take my word for it, though, and I would urge everybody, who gets the chance, to look more closely for yourself. This is not a matter on which any established authority should simply be assumed reliable.
...
The issue here is not a normal part of political argument. Politics can even serve to distract us from what I believe is a serious matter of truth against war. The agenda underlying foreign states’ investment in the war in Syria is continuous with what came to fruition in Iraq and Libya. We have good reasons to fear that it will lead on to a still more catastrophic confrontation with Iran and even Russia.

Perhaps that’s why those who do not accept the mainstream narrative can be presented as ‘siding with the Russians’, who don’t want war either! But I’d go further and say there are people of no nation on this planet who want war. That is why we should not let ourselves be deceived into thinking that anything we truly want can only be achieved at the price of war.

As for the war in Syria, please don’t believe me. Please just don’t let yourself be deceived. This is too important, not only for you and me, but for our children, and everyone else too. Please ask questions about who wants war and why, and please then think about how they can be stopped from getting it.

The only people who don't know these chem attacks are staged by the White Helmets are George Clooney and the cast of Glee.

If US is going to bomb Syria, why doesn't it just do it?

Why must the politicos always first genuflect to the God of the False Flag?

More like a freaky Bildeberg blood ritual than a coherent strategy at this point.

white helmets back to syria. but seriously, this might help us understand the situation:

@snarwani Aug 22
Sharmine Narwani Retweeted Hürriyet Daily News
" Pay attention pls. Al Qaeda is holed up in #Idlib, the final major terrorist holdout in #Syria. When the Syrian army & its allies attack, western media won't mention Al Qaeda; they will instead yell about 'civilians' being massacred. That's the Syrian conflict in a nutshell.

@wendy davis Assad's army will slowly but surely eradicate AlQaeda/AlNusra/ISIL etc until--wait for it until he sprays for harmless Idlibians with Chlorine, fancied up to look like Sarin. Happened in April 2017, snatching defeat out of victory (by the "heroes" of the moderate rebels). Then one year later, in the nick of time before taking Doiuma and East Aleppo, AlAssad brilliantly let his crazed military do it again: using phony chlorine impersonating phony Sarin, justifying the "exceptional" US military to expend more missiles, so the MIC could replace them with more expensive remodels?

Of those 80+ missiles, only about 30 were accounted for. Why? Interesting theories here.
One theory is that the errant missiles were victims of EMP or S300 anti-missiles.
Another theory is that many missiles were intentionally fired into barren desert, so the MIC would still get a nice war bonus.
A third option, and one which I, as a proud conspiracy theorist, warmly endorse, is that the missing missiles were aimed at secret Iranian nuclear factories in Northern Syria, just south of Erdoganland.

I haven't researched the third option, one which has been quietly waiting for its time to come, when the US gets ready to assault Iran.

@Alligator Ed

many times before, and i like your third theory best, grin. and assad's army always gas people as syria's actual army is rousting various jihadists, idlib being the hold out (he turkish newspaper sharmine narwani had referenced in her tweet somewhere up yonder) reports: they ain't goin' nowhere!).

but wherever, whenever the next attack come from FRUKUS, my own pet theory at this point is that *because* the war is close to over, they'll double down, fake provocation by constellis/acadami' mercenariesincluded, cuz this repeat show could otherwise have 9 more iterations...and strike anyway, anywhere they can.

the coalition needs assad dead, and who around the globe will care? he gasses his own citizens. the atlantic council and maddy 'it was worth it' albright will cheer loudest.

sorry i never made it to your brennan diary, gator; it looked fun.

Hasn't Syria been trashed enough? what CP publishes is a bit on the vapid side, but i'd say somewhat the same thing about consortium news post-robert parry, may he rest in power. my own thinking, fwiw, is that st. clair and frank *may* have begun pullin' their punches after being pwned by the psyop alice donovan, although i hadn't paid a lot of attention to their II-part mea culpa.

and yes, bernhard is excellent on syria, esp. the up-to-date cool maps on military sit-reps, but i also like, trust, and respect, on the ground reporting at 21st century wire: beeley, bartlett on syria, and david macilwain, as in: ‘SYRIA: The Emerging Reality of the U.S Coalition Regime Change War – On the Ground Reporting’ August 20, 2018, David Macilwain, 21stcenturywire.com, an my apologies: my link to his essay in the OP hadn't taken.

but some of his (and folks he links to) may have further insights, as in: the war in syria was pretty much over, assad is still in power, people blame the amerikan coalition for all of it, no 'popular insurrection', of course, so it may be Kaboom! time again.

any bets? has there been too much advance notice that they'll have to wait a week or two to make it believable?

that a new chemical attack coming by abu jihad john bolton (h/t b at MoA) is by way of disinformation, and my spidey senses were ginned up because i'd either seen, or dreamt i'd seen, an aerial map on one of the related hasthtags on twitter that the bombing had commenced elsewhere. but of course i'd checked the white helmets feed again, and all the pushback tweets have...gone into the ether. (someone must not have been minding the stor for a day or two, as well as the parody #WH account as well, of course.

but i finally took the time to read b's article more closely, and he has this:

"In preparation for the general attack on Idleb the Russian Navy is building up a strong force in the eastern Mediterranean which includes several frigates with Calibr cruise missiles:

Yörük Işık - @YorukIsik - 12:38 utc - 25 Aug 2018
#Syria campaign deployment continues. 4 RussianNavy ships transited today & 13 ships during the last week.

There are some 20 Russian units at sea near the Syrian coast."

but this is in the extreme FWIW category from 21st century wire: ‘BREAKING: Syrian Air Defenses Reportedly on ‘Highest Alert’, Possible Attack on Damascus’, August 27, 2018 By 21wire

Al Masdar News reports

BEIRUT, LEBANON (4:30 P.M.) – The Syrian air defenses have been placed on highest alert across the country, pro-government reporters claimed this afternoon.
These reports seem to have some truth behind them because a source at the Mezzeh Airbase said that they have been ordered to make preparations for a possible attack on Damascus.

The reason for placing the air defenses on the highest alert was not revealed; however, it is believed to be due to the potential threat of a U.S. strike on the capital or its surrounding area.

Earlier this week, the Russian Ministry of Defense accused the U.S. and its allies of making preparations to attack Syria.
The Russian Ministry of Defense said that the rebels in Idlib are preparing to launch a chemical weapons attack and blame it on the government.

They said the U.S. will use this chemical weapons attack to launch strikes against the government.”

POTUS is working with Russia and Assad to take down the deep state in syria.

He is using the existing narrative of the globalist that Assad is bad and has chemical weapons we must take out.

This is just the most simple thing to do, it shuts down the MSM, the normies don't know the whole deep state thing.

Nothings changed, POTUS always has to avoid giving ANY ammo to the MSM

He is not lying to us, he has kept us informed via this board more than any president EVER has.

>> For those of you worried about Syria and confused as to what is happening an Anon on fullchan written a short summary. This does not cover everything but it will get you up to speed.

1) In 2009 Assad turns down the Qatar government for a pipeline (first proposed in 2000 and running through Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Syria, Turkey) that they want to run from the Gulf states into Europe. Russia is naturally opposed as well because 70% of gas in Europe comes from Russia.

2) In 2010, the "Arab Spring" is artificially fertilized by Jared Cohen and Eric Schmidt of Google acting as CIA proxies. The goal is to destabilize the region once again.

3) Having destabilized the region, and recruited new terrorist cells for the CIA, Obama and Clinton kill Ghaddafi in 2011 as he is threatening to begin buying and selling oil in a currency other than USD as well as wanting to start a pan-african gold based currency. Ambassador Chris Stevens and the SEALs guarding the complex are left to die at the hands of the CIA trained terrorists for having intimate knowledge of the Obama/Clinton back door deals in the region.

4) 2013 John McCain begins meeting with Syrian "rebels" to arm them with chemical weapons at the behest of the CIA. These "White Helmets" as they come to be called conduct a series of false flag attacks to garner international support against Assad.

5) The US military is hamstring by traitors like Obama and McCain and thus cannot make any headway in defeating ISIS or AlQaeda for four years.

6) Hillary's State Department via the Uranium 1 deal, beings smuggling fissile material out of the USA, through Canada, into Europe and ultimately Iran.

6) In August 2016 Obama launders 1.3+ billion to Iran in foreign denominated currencies to continue backing their nuclear program, which is also a feeder for North Korea's nuclear program.

7) 2017 Trump assumes the Presidency and begins draining the swamp/destroying the deep state. No longer hamstrung by a traitor as its commander-in-chief, the US military all but destroys ISIS in one year.

8) 2018 the deep state, under attack from all sides decides to resort to one more chemical false-flag in the hopes of painting President Trump into a corner.

Think logically, Assad with the help of the US and Russia had all but taken his country back from the CIA aligned factions and NOW he chooses to use chemical weapons? No one would do that. No one.

I found this interesting what do you think?

Written by Susan May Hendrickson:

"Air strikes are complete. Syria chemical attack had been another FF. Missiles took out ISIS chemical storages, no Syrian people, warned ahead. Assad is the good guy, After Assad pulled out of the Rothschild currency, the NWO and CIA/SES/deep state have been going after them since... they got spooked when Trump announced plans to leave Syria and tipped their hand with a last failed FF. Trump is taking out the bad actors, the good guys and people have been evacuated. Completely choreographed with Russia. Trump is helping Assad to regain his country. no WW3, we're not killing innocent people...”

Yesterday Syria was bombed. Actually the warehouse Where the Syrian gas was being stored was bombed . The strike was planned. But Look at the board of directors

Define the terms of the Iran nuclear deal.
Does the agreement define & confine cease & desist ‘PRO’ to the republic of Iran?
What if Iran created a classified ‘satellite’ Nuclear facility in Northern Syria?
What if the program never ceased?
What other bad actors are possibly involved?
Did the U.S. know?
Where did the cash payments go?
How many planes delivered?
Did all planes land in same location?
Where did the U1 material end up?
Is this material traceable?

Define cover.
What if U1 material ended up in Syria?
What would be the primary purpose?

Authentic.
Why is Sec of State there?
WHY IS THE EU / OTHERS PRESSING TO REMAIN IN THE DEAL?
Think logically.
France & Germany came to the WH for the sole purpose of pressing POTUS to remain in the deal.

in review, but: ‘Syria Sitrep - The Build Up For The Idleb Campaign’, august 26, 2018, b at Moon of alabama

"The long awaited Syrian army campaign to liberate Idleb governorate in Syria's northwest is supposed to start shortly after September 7, the date when the Turkish, Russian and Iranian presidents will meet. Strong forces have been put into place and are ready to strike. The Russian fleet in the Mediterranean has been strengthened, new air defense positions were established.

There are signs that al-Qaeda in Syria and similar groups will try to preempt the upcoming attack on them by an offense of their own. The U.S., UK and France prepare for another chemical incident in support of the Jihadi attack. They would strike Syrian government forces and institutions after a new fake incident would be attributed to the Syrian government.”

and a lot more, even one of his kewl maps.

on edit: i'd forgotten to add these tweets whose feeds i look at semi-regularly; tim's a member of the 'hands off syria' group; y'all must know sharmine narwani:

some folks were laughing at a linked salon article asking if she's another barack obomba, saying that yeah, maybe she's rehearsing for the part.

at MoA's coverage:

via RT aug. 24: "The UN has devised internal guidelines for limiting cooperation with Syria until a "political transition" takes place there, and it was drafted without any consent from the Security Council, the Russian Foreign Ministry has said.

The document in question is entitled 'Parameters and Principles of UN Assistance in Syria,' the ministry wrote in a statement to RT. It was issued by the UN Secretariat in October 2017 and provides guidelines for the UN agencies and programs in their work with the war-torn country.

The Secretariat issued the paper without requesting consent or even consulting the UN Security Council or the UN member states, at least on an official level, the ministry noted, adding that the "guidelines" document still "penetrates deeply" into the political situation in the Syrian Arab Republic, thus "going beyond the issue of simple coordination between the UN structures."

wsws.org has some interesting news and commentary this a.m.:

“Bolton followed up his trip to Israel with a meeting in Geneva with his Russian counterpart, Nicolai Patrushev, apparently in an attempt to enlist Russian assistance in Washington’s campaign against Iran. Publicly, at least, Moscow appeared to rebuff the approach. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov demanded that all military forces not invited into Syria by the government leave the country, a clear attempt to distinguish between Tehran and Washington.

US officials have made clear that while Washington’s objective in Syria remains the toppling of the Assad regime, it is also focused on the driving out of Iranian forces from the country as part of its strategy of rolling back Iranian influence throughout the Middle East and clearing the path for the assertion of US hegemony in the oil-rich region.

Iran has rejected US and Israeli demands that it abandon Syria, insisting its forces have been invited into the country by the government in Damascus, unlike the 2,200 US troops there, which have been deployed in direct violation of international law.

Iran’s Defense Minister Amir Hatami and his Syrian counterpart announced on Monday the signing of a “defense and technical agreement” that provides for the continued “presence and participation” of Iran in Syria.”

from southfront.org:

Syrian War Report – August 28, 2018: US Creates Strike Force To Attack Syria’, southfront.org

a lot we’d already known, but:

”On August 25, a source close to the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) told the Kurdish news outlet Bas News that the US-led coalition began deploying radar stations at its bases in the governorates of al-Hasakah and Aleppo as part of a new plan to increase its control of Syrian airspace. The report pointed out the airbases in Kobani and Rmelan as places where the radars were installed. The US 727 Expeditionary Air Control Squadron is reportedly involved in this effort.

Meanwhile, clashes between the Syrian Army and ISIS continued in the area of al-Safa where at least one vehicle of the terrorist group was destroyed. However, ISIS resistance in the desert is still strong enough to draw Syrian military resources from other important frontlines.

In the Idlib de-esclation zone, militants feeling the support of the so-called international community have increased their preparations for the battle against government forces. An important part of these preparations are arrests and abductions of civilians, public figures and field commanders who would probably support peaceful negotiations with Damascus.”

White Helmets accompany large delivery of poisonous chemicals to militants in Syria – MoD28 Aug, 2018 RT

“A large supply of chemicals has been delivered to the militants in Syria’s Idlib with the assistance of the White Helmets aid group in order to stage a provocation and blame the Syrian government, Russia’s Defense Ministry said.

The Russian military has received information from several sources in Idlib Province that “a large supply of poisonous agents has been brought to the city of Saraqib on two trucks from the village of Afs,” Major-General Aleksey Tsygankov, head of the Russian Center for Reconciliation of the opposing sides in Syria, said in a statement.

The chemicals were delivered to an arms depot, used by the militant group Ahrar al-Sham, “accompanied by the eight members of the White Helmets organization,” Tsygankov said, adding that the cargo was met by two high-ranked Ahrar al-Sham commanders.

Later, a part of the load was put in unmarked plastic barrels and transported to another militant base in the southern Idlib in order to stage the use of chemical weapons and subsequently blame the government forces of employing poisonous substances against civilians,” the statement read.”

pretty vague: poisonous chemicals.
