On the Water
QMS, when you are on the water, are you fishing or sailing?
I have neighbors that fish. They are fishing in rivers. One drives to a place to fish from the riverbank. The other has a boat and fishes almost year round, I think, depending on the weather on a given day, and how recently he caught a fish. I gather his fishing license limits how often he can catch one. And though he loves being on the water, and gives away most of what he catches, he only goes out when he can hope to catch a fish.
Whichever you are doing, I hope your day is an enjoyable one.

I am not a fisher among men. It is the sailboats I play with (actually work). Although I did fish a lost halyard out of a sheave box today, using snakes and grabbers, messengers, pokers and prods. Hope your friend shares the bounty of his catch with you!
