F-16s are now operating over Ukraine. The Russians have already said something to the effect of "Hey, dudes, like, sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander, you know".
So we can expect them to watch for a few days to see the bases to which they they recover, and frag them on the ground there- NATO or not. If they simply shot them down, that would only eliminate that specific aircraft for that moment. But if they destroy the bases from which they sortie, they'll also destroy the NATO support personnel that came with them, and that is arguably a much more efficient use of boom-boom hardware.
And then we'll watch as they put missiles back in Cuba, or something similar, to answer our escalation- and supplying F-16s was certainly that.
Once again, the stupidity of our "leadership" knows no bounds. How can any "leader" in their right mind expect that this low-level killing spree will just be allowed to go on indefinitely, with no opposing reaction?

Alexandel M. however had a presentation which seemed to explain "evidence" of large area conquest as deceptive and asserted that Ukiesd didn't really take and hold much and that Rus were hammering them. Very convinving argument too. Today's Sputnik and RT have more and it seems that Rus are really devastating the incursion troops and some of the reserves, and, in line with what Alexander said seem to be more likely than not true.
