Whereas most find the Police Blotter in their local paper with 1 or 2 column inches buried in the back with the ads once a week, the NYT finds a way to cover 4+ pages of a Blotter starting above the fold on Page 1.

No opinion, no analysis, no solutions. The only thing they commit to is "keeping in touch" with those 58 people shot and not killed over the weekend for the next year. Be sure to tune in next week?
