I have some free time on occasion. My brain travels to the future, when Banksters exert control over my life to comport with what is best for them.
Imagine finding a car to purchase. The dealer informs me my transaction was rejected. I follow up with a call to customer service, and a bot informs me that gas or diesel fueled vehicles will not be approved. Only $350,000 electric vehicles will be approved. Own nothing, be happy.
Imagine dining out. After dinner drinks. An extra order of food to carry out. Drinks while waiting. The waiter runs the card and it is rejected. I call, the bot says too many drinks. Do I wash dishes for the bill to be satisfied? Suppose each stage of ordering required pre-payment? Ok. Then, you learn the transaction fees are enormous! Stay home, or in 15 minute cities. Smart cities are wicked smart.
My pet puppy is sick. I go to the vet, attempt to pay for puppy's care, and the transaction is denied. Another call to the Bot. I am informed that the only payment allowed for veterinarians is euthanization. Pets are bad and emit carbons. More own nothing, be happy stuff.
I purchase cup cakes for a birthday party. Except I am a diabetic. The transaction for payment is refused. Bot says, I will only be approved for certain food categories. Mostly bugs and man-made foods. Eat Za Bugs.
I saw the doctor, went to the pharmacy to pick up my Magic pills. The transaction to pay failed. Bot call. (You thought of butt call, didn't you?) The Bot informed me the medication was improperly prescribed. I am required to start out with Med A, and if still dying, switch to Med B. If I was fully vaccinated for every disease for which there is a vaccination approved, still alive 14 days after the last vaccination, I would be approved for the Magic pills.
I was alive in the hospital, and the Dr. came in with an angry face. "You cannot get the Magic Pills until you are tested daily for 2 months to show negatives for nicotine and alcohol in your blood. I am releasing you immediately. You do not qualify for hospice because you haven't availed yourself of every recommended medical protocol.
"Should you decide to be euthanized, that is pre-approved upon proof you are over the age of 12. Let me see your driver's license and I will take care of it in just a few minutes. You have time to make one local call to a friend or family member."
I thought how lucky I was that I had outlived my puppy, that I owned nothing, that there was no reason to probate my will, since I had nothing to bequeath to anyone.
Someone ought to be writing a science fiction book about CBDCs. Maybe it will start some public protest. Wait until they are here, you won't sell a book.

UPDATE: The Federal Reserve is launching the CBDCs July, 2023. There is no way to know what they will require in order to use the system. It will be a mobile app. Will facial recognition be required? Will some businesses be favored over others? Will purchases be restricted for global warming concerns? Health concerns?

and has approved the transition off paper to those dreaded cards. I have no idea how it will be stopped.
But if it happens, we will be under complete control by banks.
And I dreamed up something else.
I get a speeding ticket, try to pay it. Transaction refused. Bot says I am reckless. Failure to pay the ticket results in the loss of my driver's license. And I never get it back. Smart City and walking is the answer.
I think of some way to control us all the time.

and got charged with possession of fun stuff only certain folk are allowed to possess. (And use.) The bail bondsman said the transaction to pay for the bond failed. Bot told Pricknick, do your time and your social credit score took a hit, pal. While in jail awaiting trial, Pricknick ate za bugs and green, man-made "baloney" sandwiches. At some point, Pricknick learned the bugs and "baloney" were so pukey, never again would he come to Texas to have fun. He would take his fun elsewhere. Social credit score promptly rose.

The Daughters of the Texas Revolution raised money to keep the Alamo open and viable, and in some year,they gave it over to some branch of government to control.
My Dad, an officer in the Army, WWII vet, actually told me officers studied the battle. He was the guide for my family gathering when I was 4 or 5 years old..Jump forward 40 years, I ran into soldiers from Australia, France, I forget where else. They were taking some course at the military base in San Antonio. They stayed over a day or so just to pay their respects to the fallen their. Salutes, tears, for an hour.
I am sorry you missed that experience.

I send a weekly broadcast email to over a couple hundred people. All have sent an email requesting I do so, at the edress of the email they sent/I received. I cannot so much as reply to any single email from a Comcast account, ever since 5 people signed up for my broadcast. I now have to break my mailer into 20 emails just to get it to the yahoo and gmail accounts. If I send it all at once as forever before the algorithm MBAs took over, they will be blocked as well. Yahoo, gmail, and comcast all sent the same message that I was sending unsolicited emails. All emails were specifically requested by someone at that edress, they have fn copies! Do you think there is anyone to talk to to fix this? Stop laughing please! How could any biz NOT get too many edresses from major hosts such as them? It's all about the algos, and the benjamins. You vill enjoy it. Yes I can pay a company to steal for sale over a couple hundred verified edresses, but I used to be able to do this myself with a few clicks, and protect my clients privacy.

Can't really say you are off base. We just don't know what's in store for us proles.
If the past is any indication, whatever TPTB have engineered will probably backfire horribly.
It's a real crapshoot. So whatever actually happens will, most likely, be the complete opposite of what TPTB had planned.

As far as E-cars reaching $350k, not to sure that will happen. but they will continue to go up for a while. Until they reach a kind of balance between electric vs fossil fuel cars.
To my way of thinking, every electric vehicle sold will be one less vehicle buying gasoline (or diesel) and at some point, according to the law of supply and demand, gas prices will have to fall due to a glut of it.
This will lead to people keeping their old gas cars, taking advantage of the low fuel prices.
I personally believe the oil companies will not give up a century long gig until the last drop of oil is sold. Not without a fight anyway. Think how long and hard the tobacco companies fought to keep their murdering scheme going.
I am one who has decided to keep my old beater Mazda pickup rather than buy the new Ford electric truck, which has been overpriced to steal my Federal Tax Rebate. And I'm not alone.
And there is a growing segment out there moving back to pre-computerized vehicles, including tractors and farm equipment, for ease of repair and simplicity.
Survivalists, end-timers, preppers, and sundry others fear EMP weapons, tracking, government manipulation or engine shutdowns, and remote sensing and policing with computer enabled vehicles.
They don't trust the government, whoda thunk.
And to think the Cubans are still driving vintage 50s Detroit iron.
