"Just stop, Hillary. Please." heh
Top-rated opinion piece on WaPo right now from Kathleen Parker (admittedly, self-described "mostly right of center").
"She can’t let go.
She can’t stop talking about what happened. She wrote an entire book about it. Now she’s telling people in other countries about why she should have won. In India last weekend, she told an audience that she won in all the smart, cool places — and then hit a pandering low that puts a catalogue of others to shame.
Hillary Clinton just can’t quit herself.
zomg imagine the spittle that will fly at TOP, Brock's SuperPAC, and the NeoLiberal twittersphere.
Kathleen Parker must be sexist...
"She started out by reiterating her disdain for those who failed to recognize her virtues, saying that she won in places “that are optimistic, diverse, dynamic, moving forward,” compared with Trump voters who are always looking “backwards.” Then, mockingly, talking to “those people” who voted for him, she continued: “You know you didn’t like black people getting rights, you don’t like women, you know, getting jobs, you don’t want to, you know, see Indian Americans succeeding more than you are.”
Oh no she didn't! Is Parker racist for mentioning this, too?
(snort) This made my night. Thanks, Kathleen. Brace yourself for a helluva Record Correcting* deluge on social media!
*Unintended irony: that Correct The Record story a) features now-known sexual harasser Burns Strider and b) comes from the before-time when Mother Jones wasn't insane. #Sigh

Ha! I was just going to ask:
Is this about Hillary's bitter, bitter speech in India?
I managed to listen to a few passages. That poor, poor woman. Why are her handlers letting this happen?
She even fell down the stairs.
Twice.
Carry a burning candle and share the light.
.
She did? LOL.
Oh yeah. And someone put THE
perfect song to go a with it as background music.

That slip on the castle stairs probably gave her a groin injury.

What do Sam Malone
And Hillary Clinton have in common? The are both a work of fiction. Except in Malone's case, he's harmlessly entertaining.
Enjoyable video accompaniment.

Thanks, Amanda!
At the same time, I'm disgusted because -- after the 2nd or 3rd viewing -- I noticed that She kicks off Her shoes after tripping the second time, and clearly expects someone else to scurry around and collect them (which of course happens).
Not all us klutzes are Her Heinous.
I, too, know what it's like to be clumsy and unsteady on his feet.
Unlike Ms. Clinton, my problems are orthopedic in nature; it's my understanding hers are neurological. But there the differences end. I watched the video and saw myself...
Of course, I'm no warmonger and Henry Fucking Kissinger groupie, so there's that!

I fall a LOT. 8 mini and 2 major strokes
in 2005. Limbs and motor skills get pretty wonly sometimes (frequently). Whenever I leave the house I always just figure there’s a good chance I’ll embarrass myself. So trust me, I wear shoes that I hope will keep my sidewalk acrobatics to a minimum. Like no freaking sandals on rough terrain or possibly lots of STAIRS. That was ignorance on her part.
And for all the misery she’s caused innocent people, I would have liked to see her fat ass roll all the way from Mumbai to Pune.

I hope you live in a place where you don't have to battle through ice and snow.

Thank you. I live in Nebraska, and we’re
supposed to have LOTS of snow. But it seems that something has gone wrong and the winters we always had have disappeared. We barely get any snow anymore. Now occasional freeziing rain is a different story. But I digress...
TCC just has that uncoordinated affect I do. She belongs in tennis shoes or Minnetonka moccasins. They have cut down on my surprises somewhat. She’s lucky she has people who help her every step of the way. This motor skills inconvenience can definitely make an excursion into the great outdoors an ‘experience’.

I think the point isn't that she's a klutz
but that she's an elderly psychopath with neurological and other health issues - and that either of those factors alone ought to be disqualification for holding any public office due to mental and physical incapacities rendering her entirely unfit.
And that's why the evidence of these, being ignored/played down by the propaganda machine as they are, merit widespread public attention as long as she represents a potential hazard in being cheated into the Presidency.
Psychopathy is not a political position, whether labeled 'conservatism', 'centrism' or 'left'.
A tin labeled 'coffee' may be a can of worms or pathology identified by a lack of empathy/willingness to harm others to achieve personal desires.
Oh definitely. People don’t understand
the numerological changes after a stroke. I’m not saying that you lose what mind you might have started out with, but things DO change. Temperament, concentration, emotions, they’re all areas that can change. Sometimes drastically like my Dad. He lingered for three days after his and he just did not like me after his stroke, and I was always his favorite. He also couldn’t talk so I never got to find out what the glares meant. He was fine with my brother The doctor told me not to take it personally, it was because of the stroke, that sometimes things get ‘scrambled’ after a major stroke.
Boy howdy, can they!

On the contrary
Hillary was asked why she lost and gave a perfect demonstration.
The people in Mumbai probably thought, "Oh, so it's like when someone from a higher caste tells you to clean out their spittoon. I get it now. I understand Trump."
"The smart way to keep people passive and obedient is to strictly limit the spectrum of acceptable opinion, but allow very lively debate within that spectrum." --Noam Chomsky
Will this insufferable woman ever shut up?
Every time she opens her mouth, Hillary Clinton reminds Americans exactly why she did NOT win. If the election was held again today, she would still lose.
All politicians are egocentric, but the really good ones know how to mask it. I have never seen a more insufferable, self centered and self serving person in the public eye than Hillary Clinton. Her time has passed, but she refuses to accept it and is hell bent on bringing the entire country down with her world wide blame and pity party.
She tries to paint herself as a feminist, but her remarks about women were some of the more sexist and antifeminist anyone in public life has spewed in generations. She insulted not only the women who voted for Trump, but IMO, all women...period.

I am so sick of Her bullshit.
Of course She doesn't want to look back. It was Her no-good fucking husband who ripped the guts out of manufacturing in the upper midwest with NAFTA and the WTO in the 90s. And it isn't just the deplorable white formerly-working class that is suffering. A lot of those jobs were held by the black used-to-be-working class. Her attitude? Fuck 'em, we got rid of those factories and they're not coming back.
No compassion whatsoever.
Shut the fuck up, Hillary.
We wanted decent healthcare, a living wage and free college.
The Democrats gave us Biden and war instead.
stfu, Hillary

You make an excellent point
Also on display in her speech was the way in which she dismissed the states she lost, (i.e., the ones hit hardest economically) by implying that the voters there were not sufficiently optimistic.
Seriously!?!
There is so much to say in response to her entitled obtuseness it's worthy of an entire essay. But most importantly for Hillary to blithely characterize the ruined lives in these states as constituents "wanting" in character because they did not vote for HER is not only self-serving gibberish, it wrongly maligns those who are suffering in a way that is beyond unfeeling.
She really disgusts me.

The point you make
People like Hillary Clinton seriously consider themselves better than the rest of us and therefore, more deserving of the rewards and benefits of life.

@Anja Geitz But most importantly
This is what the electoral system is being transformed into: a system by which you determine the good or bad character of voters depending on whether they choose the good candidate or the bad one. Not a system by which you determine the persuasiveness or competence of a politician based on whether they can get the people to choose them or not.

I'm going over to Breitbart

That should keep CTR and Breitbart busy for weeks.

Dear gawd, now you've got me wondering if Homeland Security would outsource voting to troll farms in India. s/ (I hope, lol.)

Good point!
On the other hand, don't they pretty much make up vote counts anyway? They might just say that they will outsource voting to India, take the public money allocated, and then not; Homeland Security can handle it all from there.
