John Podesta threatens Jared Kushner's life

In a tweet posted 2/27/18 John "eat the pain" Podesta essentially threatened the life of President Trump's son-in-law. Just how arrogant and stupid can one man be?

Modesta has blatantly crossed a THICK red line (as in blood is thicker than water red line). Trump dearly loves his daughters and their families, as he does his sons and their families. This is more than political--this is personal. No matter how powerful the former executive officer on the sinking Democratic Titanic deludes himself into believing, he has massively fucked up.

It's no secret that Pizza Map John has committed numerous felonies, including for starters the same crime that Manafort et. all. have been charged with: failure to register as a foreign country's representative.

Think about what he just did: he slipped his own head into the noose. Would somebody please....oops, I better not go there. Just look what happened to Kathy Griffith for her ill-advised and definitely poorly conceived photo of a decapitated Trump. She underwent intensive interrogations by the Secret Service. Can Podesta expect less.

If J.P. had said these things to his former RUSSIAN employers about V.V. Putin's family, he would have been lowered slowly into a vat of sulfuric acid.

Whatever Trump does to you, you fucking well deserve it.

>according to ... intelligence reports ... Among those nations discussing ways to influence Kushner to their advantage were ... Israel

Takeaway: If US intelligence can collect and leak this on Israelis, without "revealing sources and methods", then why can't they do the same on Russians' alleged election interference and collusion etc.?

Background:
Kushner was apparently predisposed to be influenced by Israel;
Israel has many wealthy friends in the USA who, if they aided Kushner to cope with his real estate debt problem, would be understood by Kushner (without even a wink, nudge or pregnant silence) as encouraging him to be even more influenced by Israel;
consequently, Israel had virtually no need for express discussions about seeking such influence, and is experienced with both euphemistic communications and with US monitoring capability.

P.S. I don't share the original poster's outrage at Podesta's tweet. It doesn't seem to me like threat, and thus does not seem to be to be anywhere the top 100 or 1000 outrageous actions by Podesta. One of these was hinted at by Podesta's recounting, in emails leaked by Wikileaks, that Podesta had told defectors from the Hillary bandwagon to "have a nice life" -- in other words: "I'll never see you again because you will never get another job in national politics after we blackball you".

@emorej a hong kong In a Wikileaks retrieved email, Podesta said, with great lack of subtlety, that a presumed leaker, even if not confirmed, should be eliminated. About 10 days later Seth Rich was murdered. Do really fail to see the connection? Podesta has overplayed his hand.

Although it’s the John Podesta let’s-make-an-example-of-a-leaker e-mail I remember best, it doesn’t jibe with Seth Rich having been killed on July 10, 2016 (= over a year, rather than “about 10 days” later than February 22, 2015).

Since the word “eliminated” doesn’t occur there, you seem to mean some other John Podesta e-mail in which he also employed ominous, elliptical threatening language. Perhaps you or someone else can come up with a link?

@lotlizard I misremembered the date of its posting, sorry. However, even though Kushner may have worn kevlar in Iraq, and even though he is not popular in the WH (and I personally do not like him) doesn't mean that this "joke" shouldn't be taken seriously, especially when issued by a man as immoral (or amoral) as Podesta.

Kathy Griffith's photo was a "joke" in very bad taste but I for one didn't take it as a death threat. However, coming from Podesta, the meaning is more sinister.

not a threat. It references Jared's well-known and much-mocked kevlar stroll around Iraq, and the fact many people in the Whiter House can't wait to get rid of him, and thus are leaking—back-stabbing—all over the newspapers.

Whatever. Capitalists gonna capital. None of these assholes will ever see justice for what they've done.

Pudenda's message sounds to me like "capitalists gonna decapitate"......

And you're right about them ever seeing justice for the crapola they pull.....

John Kelly is going to have him killed? It seems to me that he is saying that these accusations are coming from the WH so his job is in jeopardy, but if you want it to mean something else then have at it.

@kharma What Podesta said is clear; whether Kelly and other insiders are alluded to by Podesta is definitely unclear. The next few days will tell the story.
