As Hillary ramps up her book tour, expect a lot more of these attacks. As Thomas Frank observed in a recent interview about Hillary's attacks on Sanders, he noted that the Clintons absolutely hated the left wing of the party and they never accommodated it--witness he said, Tim Kaine as VP. She could have nominated a real progressive and instead nominated a corporatist.

Hillary and her revenge tour may ironically be the catylst which sparks an exodus of progressives into third parties. I hope so.
