I'm not sure why, but today was the day it really sank in that the Democratic Party is pretty much dead, leaderless, etc.
It still has a big staff and probably a lot of money in it's various accounts, but it has very little power and no credible leaders.
Your graphics really make that obvious. I don't know why any Democrat anywhere would still be talking about Hillary or Bill Clinton. They're over. They have no more power. They'll never serve in public office again. Totally irrelevant.

Quantcast is what Kos himself uses. Someone posted a site the other day that showed him more steadily down over the last year or so. I think he usually has gone way up over election season, and he did the whole DK5 thing to attract more young folks, so overall even if this is sort of maintaining, that's with a ton of work and publicity.

writers who haven't been involved in the pie fights. I'd be surprised if it includes any Hillbots, since they have probably left DKos by now and since they have probably had a nice source of income over the last two years or so. It is not a Markos project, but one he tolerates.
My stuff is included, but I would be delighted to take orders from here for those who don't want to give DKos the traffic.
I know, you're having fun with it, thinking of all the Hill-related stuff that could be included. But this does make me think, maybe we should seriously do something similar here for 99%ers? What does everyone think? I not only make a little (very little!) money from the Katalogue, I also like to buy from it to support American jobs - and yes, I sure do check out the politics of the person I buy from before I buy! But it's a way to support entrepreneurs and small businesses, rather than the multinational corporations, especially for Christmas. If there's interest, maybe we could create a Caucus Catalogue group.

No worries, the idea is to get enough people to see our work that those who can afford it will find us. Not to guilt people into buying when they can't afford it! Sharing is extremely helpful. I've found in general, karma works. I donate today, others donate to me if I am in need tomorrow. Pay it forward and we all make it through tough times.

Have known some of those people for many years
I don't begrudge them selling their crafts, for some its a big part of their income. Kos doesn't make money from it.
Just noticed snoopydawg's stuff is listed there too. It usually is. Just sayin'.
I may not agree with a lot of these people, but if I can help someone out by buying their artwork, etc., and if they're not a right winger, I'll do it. What goes around comes around.

They do this every holiday season as a way to help promote the artwork of the members. I don't think Kos gets any money from these sales. In the past, some of these artists have donated work for other charitable causes promoted on DKos.

Yes for many of us it not only so that we can sell our
products but so we can earn extra money to make ends meet.
I'm desperately trying to save my house from foreclosure and if I can sell 3-5 decent sized prints a month I will be able to keep my home for me and the dawgs. Plus have money for Abby's medications.
I recently got a housing voucher but I could only find a place where the rent was $550. I'm sure that you can imagine what type of place that amount would get me if they are even available. After the housing crisis the banks bought the foreclosed homes for pennies on the dollar and have been driving up rents.
My house payment is less than rent for a house smaller than mine and in horrible conditions.
The two I looked at were in the middle of the gang drug territories and they were less than 500 square feet. My bed wouldn't have fit in the living room let alone the bedroom.
The bathrooms were full of mold and grime.
When DK5 rolled out it took away siglines and many people's businesses suffered from it.
I have my work on so many sites but so does thousands of other people because of the economy and I'm not getting any orders.
If anyone is interested in buying photographs for their friends or family for Xmas, I would appreciate it if you considered some of my photos.
