Judicial Watch: New State Department Records Reveal Clinton Aide Abedin Secured State Dept. Lunch Invitation for Major Clinton Foundation Donor
New documents also contain classified material
(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch today released 549 pages of new State Department records, including previously unreleased email exchanges in which Hillary Clinton top aide Huma Abedin secured an invitation to a 2009 State Department luncheon for Sant S. Chatwal, a businessman under investigation in two countries and was also a Clinton Foundation trustee and contributor. The emails also contain an email to Clinton, shared with Abedin, divulging the classified names of intelligence agency employees.
The records contain 21 previously undisclosed Clinton emails – of a total of at least 259 that were not part of the 55,000 pages of emails that Clinton turned over to the State Department – further appear to contradict statements by Clinton that, “as far as she knew,” all of her government emails were turned over to the State Department. Two of these emails are now available on the State Department’s website.
The records were obtained in response to a court order from a May 5, 2015, lawsuit filed against the State Department (Judicial Watch, Inc. v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:15-cv-00684)) after it failed to respond to a March 18 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request seeking:
All emails of official State Department business received or sent by former Deputy Chief of Staff Huma Abedin from January 1, 2009 through February 1, 2013 using a non-“state.gov” email address.
In November 2009, Abedin secured and oversaw the invitation for Clinton Foundation donor Sant S. Chatwal to attend the State Department luncheon for Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Vice President Joe Biden. Chatwal attended both the State lunch and dinner.

Was going to send you an email myself. We have no control over the white house state dinner. But, Hillary is hosting the state lunch for the prime minister with vice president biden at the state department and you should be receiving your invitation to that soon. Will be the same day, nov 24th. Hope all is well.At the time Abedin oversaw the State Department luncheon invitation, Chatwal had a track record of legal troubles in the U.S. and abroad. Despite his record, in 2001, Chatwal was appointed a Clinton Foundation trustee, and reportedly raised millions of dollars for the operation.
Included is an unsecured email from Clinton to Abedin, which is also available on the State Department website, containing an analysis of the U.S. Afghanistan policy by Clinton confidant Sidney Blumenthal. The email shows that names were redacted under laws that protect the names of individuals working with the Defense Intelligence Agency/National Reconnaissance Office/National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.
The Abedin emails also contain a message from Clinton Foundation executive and Teneo founder Doug Band, instructing Abedin on having Secretary of State Clinton appear at a Clinton Global reception in Davos. The November 16, 2009, message read: “Hosting a reception a at davos for cgi as we did the last few years. It’s the single to be at the event and will be jan 27 or whenever she would be there as having her drop by would help a lot.” According to Clinton’s schedule, she did not attend the Davos meeting.
“These new emails provide further proof that Hillary Clinton used her official office to provide special treatment for donors to the Clinton Foundation and members of the Foundation staff,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “And the new national security material in these emails will increase pressure on the Trump administration to authorize a serious investigation of Clinton’s email practices.”

It's unbelievable that all the people who were involved with this have not been investigated. But knowing that Obama was well aware of what happened with Hillary at the state department shows that true justice in this country is dead.
If watergate happened in today's congress, I don't think that Nixon would have been charged with anything.
And what they did during her time as SOS is just as bad as what Nixon did.
She used the power of her office to get many companies and individuals off from charges that were in front of the state department. And after she did that she then accepted millions in donations to her now closed money laundering charity.
Don't believe for a second that the Clintons are gone. They and Obama and others are still working behind the scenes for nefarious purposes. Count on it.

You likely know my theory on the Nixon comparison - as you may recall, Clinton's very first job after law school (I forget where Children's Defense Fund fits into the chronology) was working for the House Judiciary Committee when it was impeaching Nixon. I believe she developed a theory based on what she learned there for how one gets away with shit in the Oval office. The very most interesting document I found in 2016 was published by Snopes, and I don't remember what they were blathering on about in that post, but they had a photo copy of a news paper from 1997-ish of a then-Congressman THANKING Hillary for having written the road map they used to impeach Bill. She had, in fact, been one of the writers of a memo for the above committee on the grounds for impeachment. Of course they did not convict Bill, but her devious mind knows the ins and outs of what one can attempt to use as cover for nefarious behavior. Anyone who uses Watergate as a model has a very sick and twisted mind.

Children's Defense Fund
Hill worked there as an unpaid intern betwixt and between getting her first paid job after college, for maybe three-six months. But, Crooked Hillary used that stint at the Defense Fund to lay claim to her "working tirelessly for women and children her entire life". There was a huge falling out with the director, Marian Wright Edelman, of the CDF after Bill passed his omnibus crime bill with its massive incarceration of black youths. Hillary sold it by calling them "superpredators who must be brought to heel."
Did the Clinton's really believe
they wouldn't be chase for the same powers that impeached him? It is hard to believe the Dems ran her anyway. Guess they all got what they had coming and took the rest of the world with them.

There will only be prosecution if JW brings a still smoking gun to light... Brock took over the only Left organization which sued State for emails. Got himself on the board and the suit was dropped by CREW, and I believe JW somehow picked it up and ran with it (although maybe theirs is just very similar - they have so many filed against State).
JW does have some very sick and twisted ideas outside of this one obsession of theirs. I'm not an Obama fan, but I think they were unfair to him. And we have very different philosophies about everything but Clinton behavior.

The reason I care
is that the Clintons are criminals who refuse to go away. The amount of damage they have done to this country in so many ways is why I want to see every single bit of it made public and if it take Judicial Watch or Wikileaks or whomever to do it, I want it done. I want these people, including daughter Chelsea (who is now ramping up her own public persona) gone forever.
The only reason this is still going on is that Obama protected her and in doing so has made himself an accomplice to their crooked money laundering scheme and her pay to play.

I am thankful — and amazed. Two failed parties for the price of one. I am even getting a bit optimistic. I'm starting to see small sparks of camaraderie among the American citizen-hostages. Better prioritizing, too, about when to set one's hair on fire.
An acquaintance, an older gentleman, told me today that he "hasn't felt like this since the Johnson-Goldwater years." He subsequently entered politics, he said, and did quite well, long ago. He seemed very curious, politically, and remarked on how he realized that he and younger people were much further apart politically that he had thought. And yet, they are all Democrats (for lack of a less vague party designation).
The recent marching and demonstrations bothered him. It was the home-made signs they were all carrying: each sign was about something very different. "When we marched, it was about the war or civil rights. It was about one thing." He didn't seem to understand what was uniting these marchers. He doesn't yet see the One.Big.Thing that causes all the other issues. I'm pretty sure that can't be taught, it can only be learned, so I didn't get into it.

Except that, just as Hillary Clinton used the abuses of the Bush Admin as precedent for her extensions of such abuses, Hillary's will stand as precedent for still further abuses, if they are not penalized in the same manner as would be expected in an actual democracy, as promised in the US Constitution, with equal rights, treatment and opportunity for all including equal treatment under the law for all.
Enough of rewarding corruption and allowing it to continue to grow and spread, with the claim of 'looking forward' or of 'fixing it the next time', because tomorrow never comes - it's always jam yesterday, jam tomorrow, but never jam today. In fact that's how the jam has always been so successfully stolen, up until now. Wouldn't 'now' finally be a good time to change that?

I've seen the same things you describe, in much the same way. Without a doubt, by not "punishing" them with the consequences of their actions, we've created a moral hazard. And it's been compounding.
I don't think the Constitution was about equality. It could have been. The writers were perfectly capable of addressing equality and freedom, as they did in the Declaration of Independence. They were educated during the Age of Reason, but they were still elite. in the Declaration of Independence, they were talking to a King. In the Constitution, the principles of enlightenment were deliberately withheld.
The Constitution was focused on the processes and limitations of a functionary central government of the eighteenth century, with an economy rooted in slavery. Higher concepts like social justice, civilization, and self-determination were skirted; human rights had yet to evolve. The people were given authority that could not scale into the future. They were regarded as uneducated riff-raff by the Founders. Even Washington couldn't stand to be around ordinary Americans. If the Constitution were written the way people think it is, there would be no Citizens United and the corporations would not own the souls of the politicians of the Federal Government.
This set up can only lead to one destination. It seems to me that transforming change is upon us. It may be so monolithic that we simply cannot isolate it in our conscious minds. People will not return to a comfort zone again, politically. The current levels of distrust and disgust that Americans have for the political class is going to leave a mark. At the same time, the deep state isn't going anywhere. Democracy can't touch them. I can't imagine how this will resolve itself.
