(HAHAHAHA!): A copy of the agreement between Clinton (HFA) and the DNC

This is hard to deny. What really irks me is how in the Hell could cheated Sanders supporters ever imagine being screwed so blatantly by EVERY-FUCKING-BODY in the damn party? This was a ‘conspiracy’ between the HEAD of the party which was Obama’s, and the head of the DNC who was DWS, and the Clinton Creature and her campaign to deny our right to a free election and to steal money meant for candidates OTHER than Her.

Memo Reveals Details of Hillary Clinton-DNC Deal

WASHINGTON — The Democratic National Committee struck a deal with Hillary Clinton in 2015 that gave her campaign input on some party hiring and spending decisions, but required they be related only to preparations for the general election, according to a memo obtained by NBC News. It also left the door open for other candidates to make similar arrangements.

The document provides more context to the explosive claims made by former DNC Interim Chair Donna Brazile in a forthcoming book, an excerpt of which was published this week.

The August 26, 2015, memorandum of understanding from Clinton campaign manager Robby Mook to DNC CEO Amy Dacey details the relationship between Clinton's campaign and the DNC long before she won her party's nomination.

First, this is a "Memorandum of Understanding" or MOU that (presumably) constitutes a brief summary of the Joint Fundraising Agreement between the Hillary campaign organization and the DNC. It's not the Joint Fundraising Agreement itself, which no doubt is a lengthier, more detailed document written by lawyers.

Actually, make that "written by a lawyer", singular, since the DNC's lawyer and HFA's lawyer are one and the same: Marc Elias of the Perkins Coie lawfirm.

Elias is also leading the legal team from Perkins Coie that's representing the DNC and Debbie Wasserman Schultz in the DNC Fraud lawsuit. He's also shown in wikileaks and elsewhere as working with the DNC on behalf of Hillary (or was it the reverse? Working with Hillary on behalf of the DNC?) to get Hillary nominated and elected.

Can you say "massive conflict of interest"?

Which brings up my second thought:

During the hearing on the Defendants' Motion to Dismiss in the DNC Fraud lawsuit, the DNC's lawyer (not Marc Elias, but an underling at Perkins Coie) stated that the DNC is under no obligation to conduct the presidential primary impartially and neutrally.

In the MOU, Amy Dacey says this:

Nothing in this agreement shall be construed to violate the DNC's obligation of impartiality and
neutrality through the Nominating process.

This would seem to be an acknowledgement by the DNC that they do indeed have the obligation to be neutral and impartial, and that everyone at the DNC knows it to be true.

And the DNC's lawyer knows it, too. This is standard, typical "cover your ass" legalese, and the lawyer deliberately put it into the MOU (and presumably the Joint Fundraising Agreement).

It will be interesting to see what the Becks (plaintiffs' lawyers in the fraud lawsuit) do with this.

bots will be, "It also left the door open for other candidates (Bernie) to make similar arrangements."
Which I'm sure it did! But, what "other candidates" besides the Hildebeast could afford to make such a deal? None had the money Her did. So, the "It also left the door open for other candidates to make similar arrangements." is simply cover for Her. "See, the same deal was open to everyone, not just me." riiight.
Good find! Although the MSM is certain to provide Her with cover, most with half a brain will see this for what it was - just more gumbo in Her soup.

Look closely at the link. See how the color of text changes in the middle of the link, before “(002)”?

In my browser, the link is blue and underlined but the color stops too soon — what should be end of the link is black and not underlined.

The reason that happens is, at the moment our website’s software doesn’t recognize parentheses as something that can be part of a link.

The remedy is to replace “(” with “%28” and “)” with “%29”, like so:

Tin foil hat, here lol.

If parentheses cause a link to break, why would they be in there?

I don’t think it’s deliberate — on the other hand, when you look at all the recent revelations of attempts at manipulation at all levels, anything is possible.

Exclamation points in links used to cause me the same kind of trouble, but after one of JtC’s site software updates, the problem went away.

The U.S. “political ecology” or biome has become a desert.

People dying of thirst in a desert chase mirages.

I think all of us here understand perfectly well why you would see Bernie as just another mirage.

The problem is not candidates — it’s the desert itself. A desert that has arisen because all the water in the U.S. is controlled by, and going to the gated oases of, the 0.01%.
