Quality of Life Crimes
That's what they call homeless misdemeanors in L.A. We are an "eyesore" that somehow diminishes the quality of life of hard working residents who have to drive by our encampments.

Since there are still human beings out there, wondering why this is allowed to happen to people in a wealthy country and at least some of them know damn well that they're also likely headed that way themselves, something that certain parties would prefer that they remained unaware of? Just a guess...
Psychopathy is not a political position, whether labeled 'conservatism', 'centrism' or 'left'.
A tin labeled 'coffee' may be a can of worms or pathology identified by a lack of empathy/willingness to harm others to achieve personal desires.
