Because she's member of the duopoly, AOC qualifies as guilty until proven innocent in my book ... but that doesn't mean I'm not enjoying the noise she's making.

North Bay Congressmen Mike Thompson and Jared Huffman jumped on the “Green New Deal” bandwagon led by Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, the firebrand freshman from New York who declined House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s offer of a seat on a new committee formed to investigate the “climate crisis.”

Huffman, a San Rafael Democrat who was named Thursday to the Select Committee on the Climate Crisis, appeared with Ocasio-Cortez, Thompson and other lawmakers in a Green New Deal press conference the same day in front of the Capitol.

Huffman, an environmental leader among House Democrats, dismissed the notion of a intra-party divide on climate change, which Democrats appear to be pushing as a major 2020 election issue.

Huffman is supposed to represent me, but mostly he represents money, that's what I think. Forget the poor. Those useless eaters, the least among us. Give the least, get the least, an eye for an eye, Forget the disabled. Homeless? There is no "right" to housing, plutocrats say pedal faster, plutocrats burn it differently.

I applaud her for speaking out against our foreign policies. So far she was the only one who came out against the Venezuelan coup. Bernie's response was horrible. The guy is bad, but let's not force him out. Haven't heard if AOC has made a statement on Venezuela yet.

I hope that AOC will tie in our military misadventures to climate change. If she doesn't do this then she isn't being serious about it. IMO of course.
