They had the information about how Hillary used the FBI and other departments in Obama's house to spy on her political opponent and we've seen that they weren't shy about going after Bill for his affair with Monica, for Whitewater, Hillary for Benghazi and other things, but they just couldn't look into what happened during the election? Or her foundation? Trump hasn't gone after her for her private email server either like he did during the election.

But the democrats can waste congress' time on this fake story? We know why this is happening. The main stream media on the "left" has spent two years on Russia Gate and some of the silly things Trump has done while Fox has spent two years defending him from it. Same thing with left and right leaning websites. Sites like Mother Jones, democracy now and politico have all left their reputation go to shit covering this when in the past we could count on them to cover more serious issues like wars, the bank bailouts, spying, etc and DK doesn't cover issues like war, the economy and reporting on what congress is doing that is going to hurt us.

RussiaGate as Organized Distraction

For over two years RussiaGate discourse has accounted for a substantial proportion of all mainstream US media political journalism and, because US media have significant agenda-setting propulsion, of global media coverage. The timing has been catastrophic. The Trump Administration has shredded environmental protections, jettisoned nuclear agreements, exacerbated tensions with US rivals, and pandered to the rich. In place of sustained media concentration on the end of the human species from global warming, its even more imminent demise in nuclear warfare, or the further evisceration of democratic discourse in a society driven by historically unprecedented wealth inequalities and unbridled capitalistic greed, corporate media suffocate their publics with a puerile narrative of supposed collusion between the 2016 Trump campaign and Russia.

Yup. One big circle jerk while the country and the world goes to hell. One day people are going to wake up and ask themselves when the f'ck did this happen and why weren't we told about it before now? Aw, but that's why those things aren't being covered. After Bush's WMDs fiasco people should never believe the government again and yet here we are.

ETA.. this article isn't just about Russia Gate, but many other issues that no one is really talking about when people say that Russia screwed with the election and is trying to destroy the country and sow descent. Great article.

Ok. Well.
I do not see any real push to impeach Trump. I see headlines and talking heads, hear lots of noise, but I just don't see anything impeachable.
What I am not seeing on MSM is the Obama administration spying on his campaign, or Clinton's fraudulent campaign, as revealed by Wikileaks. Now, there is evidence of those things.

With people focusing on this petty shit that they have done for two years and with the media reporting on their every move there are many issues being ignored by everyone.

The democrats will not impeach Trump. Period. This is just a distraction from Herheinous losing and for the democrats not to acknowledge why she did. The democrats and republicans have both been pecking away on this for two years. I'm tired of watching the show. Obama on his last day said that the evidence was inconclusive. Enough. Let's move on.

...that Trump would leave before he finished his first term. But the petty sins and preposterous "circumstantial" evidence that the "investigations" have exposed have nowhere near the gravity of the electoral treason in collusion with an enemy nation that Trump has been accused of — charges made by a conspiratorial cabal at the FBI, in collusion with their long-retained cyber partner CrowdStrike, in an attempt to cover-up illegal surveillance by the FBI and efforts by Obama Administration officials to sabotage an American presidential election, partially funded by the Clinton campaign.

The sorry fact is, the only major impeachable criminal act that Trump has engaged in is an ugly and obvious war crime. Of course, war crimes will not be charged by this Congress, for to acknowledge it would make them culpable in a number of outstanding and unaddressed war crimes of their own. It would certainly cast shade upon them for their loathsome betrayals throughout this national Hoax.

Still, I would like to see Trump go before 2020, leaving Pence standing alone at the altar with no time to execute his craziness before the election. Soooo, even though the Congressional Democrats have decided to peck him go death with spurious investigations like the flock of squawking chickens they are — in the hope that Trump will step down — now would be a good time to do that, I'd say.
