playing horn in your first 2 cuts (What is Hip, and Boys from the Bay,) first as a kid, and then as his own grandpa, made my day.

My only curiosity when I watch Tower of Power DVDs is, how are all those people in the audience staying in their seats? I'm all over the kitchen right now!

i am sure that when they talk about changing over dod's fleet, they are not discussing fighting vehicles, though, of course the same problems of supply of fuel exist for petro-powered fighting vehicles as would exist for electric fighting vehicles. it's just that they have worked out the logistics for fossil fuel deliveries to warzones.

the military has an enormous fleet of vehicles for transportation on its bases for assorted staff and for functions like recruiters and the like.

And I do think that reducing our reliance on globally traded fossil fuels, when we know that global events such as Ukraine can jack up prices for people back home, it does not contribute to energy security. Energy security is achieved when we have home grown clean energy is abundant, like in Iowa, and we can be a leader globally in how we become energy independent.

Since none of the countries that we are currently warring in have charging stations in place for our military to plug into just imagine how easily it would be for the countries to tell us to leave. But good gravy Russia and China must be laughing their buttocks off at us. This is just as funny as the sitrep I posted last night.
