Dr. Peter McCullough & Dr. Geert Vanden Bossche - the Anniversary Interview
My takeaway bullet points:
*Our vaccines do not and can not provide sterilizing immunity to COVID.
*Mass vaccination programs are driving the evolution of the virus to escape vaccination antibodies.
*Mass vaccination efforts do not help reach herd immunity, they actually impede the process.
*Chemo prophylaxis efforts will more protective, going forward, than our imperfect vaccines.
*Health authorities are so invested in vaccines, they will not u-turn to prioritize prophylaxis.

If, for any reason, you should find it within your kinder soul
to roll with the humors and support the commenters on this site,
then that will go a long way to develop a positive vibe
which is what we are trying to achieve here.

@QMS

comments in support of Covid vaccines and allow legitimate questions about Ivermectin etc., then maybe we'll get to have the kind of "dialogue" and better vibes you wish for. When it becomes obvious to many in the community who have been here for a long time that the site is supporting only one side of a topic and telling those who disagree that they are "insulting" and "attacking" others by challenging presentations, that atmosphere dissolves.

I have been on this site for a long time. So to be jumped on and called a troll is pretty concerning and downright wrong. Instead of calling that "humor" out for what it was, you called me out. If you don't see the imbalance going on, I really can't do much more to highlight it.

@QMS

It has sucked a lot of the positive energy from the site. Rather than being the "gentle discussion of all things covid" it is a loud and overwhelming one sided rant. If you don't agree that the vaccines will kill you, or agree that Ivermectin is a good medical alternative to treat Covid, or that the whole pandemic was planned by a world wide conspiracy, then you are suspect. If you don't agree with someone, it's a personal insult to them. It is totally different than the other conversation areas on C99. I don't know how it got that way, but it is very obvious not only to me, but to many others who have just given up. I guess I'm stubborn.

I am very stubborn too, on certain issues.
I think the reason JtC split the Covid discussion away
from open threads was the very strong opinions
commenters have on this issue. It doesn't make one
right or another wrong. It is more of a side away from
all of the other discussions we could be having.
I can not judge another by their willingness to accept
or reject a personal choice. Thanks for continuing.

I disagree with most of what you have had to say on this board for the last several months, but I am glad that you post your point of view here. Tone of voice is easy to mis-read on a computer screen (rhetorical disjunction intended.)

In my considerable message board experience for more than 20 years, I have found that a majority of pissing matches are provoked by players overreacting to the tone of a post and then escalating back and forth from there. In my just about irrelevant opinion, you do not get snarky at all, and although your tone of voice might conceivably irritate somebody occasionally, that is about as good as anybody can be on a contentious internet venue.

I believe that you are a valuable contributor to the board. If everybody agreed about everything, we'd all die of boredom.

What’s sad is that lots of people warned about giving leaky vaccines during the epidemic. Even Pfizer and Fauci warned about ADE before they started authorizing them. But they went ahead and did it anyway. Damn them for it.

Accountability for malfeasance just ain’t going to happen, so I don’t spend much time worrying about it.

@ovals49 the same material in yesterday's Dose.

In the interview w McCullough, GVB says he is "200% sure" the events will play out as he hypothesizes, though he doesn't give a timeline. Since I came upon his writings last year, I have had the strong impression he is likely the guy to watch to know where this thing is heading.

So I continue with my IVM prophylaxis and the many supplements, and have the povidone nasal and throat sprays handy (very useful for knocking out early signs of symptoms). I continue to mask, though not at the 100% rate I used to. After seeing the latest GVB, I need to go back to 100% compliance.

@ggersh necessarily individualized and should be worked out with your doctor considering factors of age, weight, comorbidities, current prevalence of virus in your community. I generally follow the FLCCC guidelines and my doctor is mostly consistent with them. On pg 4 you can see the recommended dosage amount for body weight: https://covid19criticalcare.com/covid-19-protocols/i-mask-plus-protocol/

For me, extra cautious and well aware of IVM's great safety record, I continue to take my recommended dosage 2x/week as prophylaxis. Still have a clean virus slate, never took the vaccines. At flccc they say Black Cumin Seed can be used as an IVM alternative, but I take BCS along with the IVM and zinc, Vit D and all the rest.

Meanwhile Dr McCullough reports in the interview that the 2 antiviral prescription drugs from Pfizer and Moderna, now with EUA, have had a rather quiet rollout, with virtually no major advertising. Iow, TPTB are continuing their one-track emphasis on vaccines.

@ovals49 On beer, that is...
Over the last month, reading how supply chains might be broken, that shelves will be empty, I have improved my basic first aid kit and home pharmacy. I think everyone should keep something on hand, regardless of vaccination status. Hospitals might get full, ambulances may run out of fuel, drs. and nurses may be thinned out...
We all need to read up on any kind of prevention, and any treatment that beats doing no preparation at all.
Oh, and beer!

@ovals49 No matter if a person is vaccinated or not, they need to eat right and add certain minerals and vitamins to their daily regiment that is proven to boost the immune system. There is no harm when these supplements are taken as directed, and everyone is sometimes guilty of not adding green leafy veggies to their diets.
I have a pantry full of food and so forth. Now, everyday vitamins and minerals. I have very common over the counter meds to take in case I feel something coming on, whether a stomach, respiratory, or even vascular problem arises.
I get your drift about tp. Save all your old wash rags. They may be the key to your personal hygiene protocol one day!

noted that BA.2 has become dominant strain in UK and noted that their cases/day, though still rising, looks to be about to turn. He noted that although in the US cases overall continue falling swiftly, but that BA.2 is not yet the dominant strain in US, at 54.9% and rising (as per CDC delayed reporting). From his video notes:

BA.2 54.9%
*US, cased down 9% in 14 days
*NYC, cases up 62% in 14 days
NY, cases up 65% in 14 days

on Northern California health care network

A ransomware group called Hive is claiming to have stolen private data for 850,000 members of Partnership HealthPlan of California, a nonprofit that manages health care for Medi-Cal patients in 14 counties.

On March 21, the health plan notified a local community health center that its computer systems were down. Last week, Partnership, which serves more than 618,000 Medi-Cal members in 14 Northern California counties, posted on its website a single page saying it is experiencing “technical difficulties, resulting in a disruption to certain computer systems.”

Ye olde technical difficulties, please stand by...

A screenshot of the claim describes the “stolen data includes...850,000 unique records of name, SSN, date of birth, address, contact, etc.” It also states that 400 gigabytes of data were stolen from Partnership’s file server.

The claim has since been removed.

By their lawyers! Ha ha. Every new database is open for breeching it seems. Good luck.

Edit to add: I put this in The Dose because of my love for the VCI people, of which The State of California is listed on their site under Members. You know, THEM people. wink

NY Times Latest to Mislead Public on New Ivermectin Study
03/31/22
The New York Times on Wednesday sent an email to subscribers titled: “Breaking News: Ivermectin failed as a Covid treatment . . .” The Times was referring to a study in the New England Journal of Medicine, covered March 18 by The Wall Street Journal. In both cases, the newspapers failed to provide an accurate critical analysis of the study.
...
As is demonstrated in nearly every subgroup, the Ivermectin recipients fared better than those who received the placebo.

However, these data were not statistically significant given the size of the study.

This is how the authors were able to conclude there was no benefit to ivermectin use in preventing hospitalization in high-risk patients in their study.

Patients were under-dosed, some didn’t follow instructions

As it stands, the study The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal declared as proof of the uselessness of ivermectin in treating COVID-19 is actually quite promising — contrary to what their headlines told readers.

The dosing protocol advised by the Frontline COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC) includes a five-day course of ivermectin at 600 micrograms per kilogram of body weight for people with risk factors such as those possessed by participants in the study.

Instead, the investigators behind the NEJM study chose a much lower dose, 400mcg per day for only three days. This represents less than half of the total dose that has been shown to be effective in practice.

Furthermore, despite acknowledging that studies have shown some indication that the bioavailability of ivermectin increases when taken with food, especially a fatty meal, participants in the trial were instructed to take the medicine on an empty stomach.

In other words, the patients were significantly under-dosed — and yet a positive effect of the drug was emerging, though not statistically significant given the size of the study.
...
More questions than answers

Rather than pounding the final nail in the coffin around ivermectin’s utility in treating COVID, the NEJM study raises more questions.

  • What would the effect have been if a higher dose shown to be effective were administered?
  • What would be the benefit of this medicine in patients with no risk factors?
  • How statistically significant would the results have been if more participants were enrolled?
  • Why weren’t more participants enrolled as the study progressed given the emerging benefit of the drug and the absence of adverse events?
  • Why did the investigators define a primary outcome with such different real-world implications (ER visits vs hospitalizations)?
  • With less than 50% of the placebo arm adhering to the study protocol, why were their outcomes included in the analysis?
  • What effect did vaccination status have on outcome? If this is the primary means endorsed to prevent hospitalization, why wasn’t vaccination status mentioned as a confounder?
  • Did the investigators choose to limit the study as it became clear that an Ivermectin benefit would be too big to ignore?

Given these obvious issues with the study, it is becoming even more clear where the real story is: Neither The Wall Street Journal or The New York Times are willing to pursue startling details around how corporate interests are corrupting scientific opinion as reported here.

Instead, these iconic journals chose to report on a scientific study on or prior to the day of publication using misleading headlines backed up by flimsy investigations conducted by journalists with no capacity to dissect the analysis or data.

Here’s a bigger question: Are they incompetent, or complicit, too?

@CB CB, do you have anything easy to find where Dr. Kory addresses his bout with COVID, as to whether he was actually employing the flccc protocols? I know he has addressed it, as had Dr. Malone, and I seem to remember Malone was also vaxxed.
Hope I am not being a lazy pain in the butt, but this working full time cuts into my browsing time.
If it is too much trouble, feel free to ignore my comment.

@on the cusp
but I recall his infection was minor and of short duration, definitely less than a week, and this was during the Delta wave as I recall. No drug is 100% protective. Malone’s infection was more significant, and he was not using IVM at the time for prophylaxis. He was 2 doses of Moderna. He went on to suffer long COVID symptoms, which resolved with IVM therapy.

Someone with a better recall than me may be able to point you to one of the many video interviews where these questions were addressed. Neither currently endorses mass vaccination of the low risk majority of the population, particularly children and infants, but encourages risk-benefit analysis with ones physician for elderly and other high risk cohorts. Neither is rabidly ‘Anti-Vax’, though their many detractors would like you to believe that they are.
