Do people not get it? Huitzilopochtli is DESPERATE!

In the United States:

Hospitals consider universal do-not-resuscitate orders for coronavirus patients

The money quote from this article is at the beginning:

Hospitals on the front lines of the pandemic are engaged in a heated private debate over a calculation few have encountered in their lifetimes — how to weigh the “save at all costs” approach to resuscitating a dying patient against the real danger of exposing doctors and nurses to the contagion of coronavirus.

The conversations are driven by the realization that the risk to staff amid dwindling stores of protective equipment — such as masks, gowns and gloves — may be too great to justify the conventional response when a patient “codes,” and their heart or breathing stops.

That's right folks. The hospital managers have estimated the amount of equipment available to them, and they've already started to draw up rules as to whose bodies are to be chucked in the refrigerated vehicles, and whose bodies are to be saved. And who do you think is responsible for the shortages of equipment? That's right, folks. Our lovely political classes, with our exterminist President at the top.

Meanwhile, the first one of these has come in:

Coronavirus: Teenage boy whose death was linked to COVID-19 turned away from urgent care for not having insurance

Yeah. No insurance, we let you die. Maybe he was thinking that by the time he got sick enough to have to go to the hospital, the hospitals wouldn't take care of him anyway even if he had health insurance because they'd be understaffed and there would be no equipment to help him with anyway.

And meanwhile in Venezuela:

Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro Now Has a $15 Million Bounty on His Head for Drug Trafficking Charges

Yeah, just what we need. Another war, in the middle of a global pandemic.

Let's go back to that History.com page:

The rationale for Aztec human sacrifice was, first and foremost, a matter of survival. According to Aztec cosmology, the sun god Huitzilopochtli was waging a constant war against darkness, and if the darkness won, the world would end. To keep the sun moving across the sky and preserve their very lives, the Aztecs had to feed Huitzilopochtli with human hearts and blood.

You can see, then, that we must destroy countries and stiff hospitals, otherwise Huitzilopochtli will lose his war against darkness.

when are you going to sacrifice your pigs?
Yesterday I read within the next four month, the pig will get slaughered and roasted and fed to Huitzilopochtl. But Huitzilopochtl is really hungry, so be prepared to do it earlier.

According to wikipedia:

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Huītzilōpōchtli

Every 52 years, the Nahuas feared the world would end as the other four creations of their legends had. Under Tlacaelel, Aztecs believed that they could give strength to Huitzilopochtli with human blood and thereby postpone the end of the world, at least for another 52 years.

So I thought to myself, what was happening 52 years ago today?

2020 minus 52 = 1968.

In March 1968, Dr. Martin L. King, Jr. was in Memphis, marching in solidarity with the striking sanitation workers. 11 days later, he was assassinated.

In March 1968, the My Lai Massacre took place.

In March 1968, the US went off the gold standard.

In March 1968, polls showed Richard Nixon likely to beat Pres. Lyndon B. Johnson.

In March 1968, LBJ announced that he would not run for re-election.

In March 1968, Sen. Robert F. Kennedy announced his candidacy for the presidency. 2 1/2 months later, while campaigning in CA, he was assassinated.

In March 1968, the very first anti-war "sit in" protest on a college campus took place. Worldwide anti-war protests followed, some violent.

In March 1968, the anti-communist government "Prague Spring" movement began.

In March 1968, the IDF and the PLO were going at each other in the Middle East, with much loss of life.

In March 1968, the Democratic National Committee was planning its 1968 national convention, to be held in Chicago in August.

Five months later, during the Dem convention, at the behest of Chicago Dem Mayor Richard Daley, the Chicago police rioted outside the convention hall, brutalizing anti-war protesters.

Meanwhile, inside the convention hall, the DNC installed their handpicked nominee, Hubert Humphrey, who had not run in any of the state Dem primaries.

This was how in 1968 the Dem establishment crushed the younger generation (Boomers), and signalled the beginning of the end of the Sixties revolutionary spirit

And here we are, 52 years later, with the establishment "powers that be" demanding more blood sacrifice.

A universal "Do Not Resuscitate" coupled with rescinding "Shelter In Place" should remove this recalcitrant 71 year old curmudgeon from the population in a short time.

So it's a good thing I have completed another tiny item in my Bucket List. So in the next little while I will publish another "Understanding QM" article.

Have a good day, all
