(DNC caught lying again): Sanders campaign document reveals fundraising relationship with DNC

Sanders campaign document reveals fundraising relationship with DNC

A joint fundraising agreement between the Bernie Sanders campaign and the Democratic National Committee -- obtained Friday by ABC News and signed at the start of the primary campaign for the 2016 presidential election -- does not include any language about coordinating on strategic decisions over hiring or budget, unlike a fundraising memo between the Hillary Clinton team and the DNC.

Former Sanders staff members argue that the Sanders-DNC agreement refutes the claim by the DNC that the two campaigns were offered similar treatment by the party. What's more, the Sanders team posits that the joint fundraising agreement they signed with the party was never acted on.

Aren’t their attempts at playing ‘they did it too’ getting more desperate by the day? Why make claims when it’s easy to prove them false? Or is it because they’re desperate and think they have nothing left to lose?

This whole mess just amazes me. Watching it all play out is like watching a Fellini movie (which were big back in the day). I was never sure of what was going on then and i’ll be darned if I can figure out what these crazies are doing and why now.

I generally put most everyone’s motivation down to what Cyndi says...

Clintons don't lose. The Democratic Party does not lose.

Lol, much like they don't owe Dem nomination voters even a fair election.

Wait, let me retract that lol...

Psychopathy is not a political position, whether labeled 'conservatism', 'centrism' or 'left'.

A tin labeled 'coffee' may be a can of worms or pathology identified by a lack of empathy/willingness to harm others to achieve personal desires.

Not that I'm complaining of course; just curious how/why it's all breaking now.

Who's behind it?

The current working assumption appears to be that our Shroedinger's Cat system is still alive. But what if we all suspect it's not, and the real problem is we just can't bring ourselves to open the box?

@Not Henry Kissinger @Not Henry Kissinger here is the article she tweeted: Sanders campaign document reveals fundraising relationship with DNC
By MaryAlice Parks

Brazile, a former ABC News political contributor, writes she was shocked when she heard that the Clinton campaign had entered into a joint fundraising agreement with the DNC long before it was clear that Clinton would be the party’s nominee.

Lol it's the same template everywhere. No imagination from Brazile's book tour PR department, but I guess that is not needed at all by now. Just spread whatever, wherever. Classic Putin, to spread confusion and doubt in the electorate, as billionaires take everything private. Classic. lol

Edit: to be clear, I think all this noise is to "create buzz" for Brazile's upcoming book flop. It is PR for Donna, and page hits for all.

@Not Henry Kissinger
Brazille working for? What’s she want, a VP spot on a future (imaginary) Sanders ticket?

Could she have found her conscience?

Nah.

I don’t understand any of this.

@Amanda Matthews Were she not getting ready to drop her own "What Happened (And Why It Wasn't My Fault)" on the world, I'd be much more likely to take her at face value. How many people other than us inside baseballers even know who she is? So if this gets her some facetime, well, it seems she's already off the bus so why not try to throw the DNC and Her under it?

@Amanda Matthews Who's Brazille working for?

Here's the tell:

Brazile writes that she considered a dozen combinations to replace the nominees and settled on Biden and Sen. Cory Booker (N.J.), the duo she felt most certain would win over enough working-class voters to defeat Republican Donald Trump. But then, she writes, “I thought of Hillary, and all the women in the country who were so proud of and excited about her. I could not do this to them.”

Obama hasn't gone away. He's just Biden his time until Hillary implodes so he can take over the party infrasrtucture.

Donna's book helps that process along.

If you think about it, perhaps Obama set up his parallel party apparatus in the first place BECAUSE the DNC was already overrun with Hillbots.

That would explain his apparent neglect of the DNC: he figured it was Hillary's turf so why shouldn't she pay for it.

first off, let's not forget that she ran on campaign finance reform. I'm sure that the only people who believed her can be found on ToP and the other websites that have lost their minds.
The most prominent comment there was, "Hillary has to take lots of money so that she can win the election, become president and then she can work on overturning citizens united."
This lame crap was giving Hillary their permission to get lots of money.
This article breaks down the deals she made with state's democrats and the people who were appointed as super delegates.

How Hillary Clinton Bought the Loyalty of 33 State Democratic Parties

Not only did Hillary’s multi-millionaire and billionaire supporters get to bypass individual campaign donation limits to state parties by using several state parties apparatus, but the Clinton campaign got the added bonus of buying that state’s Super Delegates with the promise of contributions to that Democratic organization’s re-election fund..

snip

The Democratic spokespeople for the17 states that refused to go along with the Clinton campaign’s plan, even though many of them were as broke as the Montana State Democratic Party was (Nebraska springs to mind), were clear that it seemed less than democratic to be choosing sides in a primary that hadn’t happened yet. That the very purpose of a primary was to let the people choose which candidate they wanted to represent them and to not let the party establishment load the dice in their own favour. They made it obvious that they were choosing democracy over kick-backs.

Corruption is corruption is corruption no matter how many laws there are allowing it.
Very few brilliant business people give presidential candidates upwards of six million dollars without expecting something in return. There is a reason they are brilliant business people. Throwing away millions of dollars for nothing is not one of them

This was the point that we were making about her Wall Street speeches, but her supporters refused to admit that she was corrupt. She always had been.

The most prominent comment there was, "Hillary has to take lots of money so that she can win the election, become president and then she can work on overturning citizens united."

It's always "Hillary has to do this thing directly against the alleged values of the Democrats/her own alleged values/the 99%/etc. so she can get elected president and then work on reversing that very thing she had to do to get elected that she expressed no more than lip service at best concern about before the election." Exact same 11th dimensional chess that we kept getting served during Obama's years, except Her is much worse at selling it.

And regarding the paid speeches, remember when Her just shrugged Her shoulders and said "that's what they were willing to pay" and that was somehow good enough for Her minions? Pick any other politician in the history of ever and I strongly doubt the Hillbots would act as if that money somehow wasn't going to influence them even a teeny tiny bit.

@Dr. John Carpenter

Of course he had to vote for the FISA bill. If he didn't then he wouldn't get elected. But once he's in office, he is going to roll back the illegal surveillance

Add in 11 dimensional chess, he's just trying for bipartisanship and all the other excuses people gave him for years while he was going back on his campaign promises.
