Welcome to Street Prophets Sunday All Day Brunch. This is an open topic thread so help yourself to the goodies and sit a spell and let us know what is new with you. One of the things about digital cameras is that you really don't know what you are going to get until you pull it up on the computer. These are some of the surprises I discovered.

I thought it was here,
but I must have been looking elsewhere this morning and found out that: Google's digital effects package "Nik" is now free. So I downloaded it. Tried it out for a few minutes and came up with this:
Bisbee occupies not only a unique place, but also time. At one end of town, high in the Mule Mountains, you enter Bisbee through the Time Tunnel. Less known, but at the other end of Bisbee is The Portal.

These are beautiful! But why do you say they were surprises?
I love the flower close-ups, they're so clear and perfect.

Surprises
All I can see after I shoot a bunch of pictures is a small thumbprint size of the photo and I'm usually looking at that when the sun is shining down. I don't know what the actual shot will look like until I bring it up on the computer. For example I didn't know I had captured the bee clearly in the flower above. I also didn't know if the extreme closeup on the pink rose would come through. And the picture that looks like a watercolor painting just blew me away.
