Until someone comes up with such a workable theory, election fraud benefiting Hillary Clinton to the tune of a 120 to 150 pledged delegate difference, is the best explanation we have. People wanting to prove this theory should be suing for a technologically sophisticated and independent review of results and the voting results’ entire computer ecosystems in places like Ohio, South Carolina, Alabama, Boston, Chicago, New York, and many others.

It Doesn't Matter What We The People Need
The impatience of the forces of greed comes out, as the Mammonites are too close to the success of their nefarious plans to contain themselves. They are almost begging for a reason to use that shiny new Patriot Act extension that Barack got them. Think of how they will laugh at those claiming the instant detention centers which will spring up when needed were the FEMA camps of rumor for many years.
I don't see that there is a peaceful way to stop them. With power in hand, they will be like the recent rash of armed 2-year-olds, and someone will be hurt very badly. But those committing such crimes will just use their Get-Out-Of-Hell-Free cards at the appropriate moment, and they will be SAVED!
That is all that matters to them.

I think Clinton was the Billionaire class's choice all along. Trump was supposed to keep the sheeple occupied with the wildest and craziest rhetoric and draw a picture of
the radical right as to far out there. The Billionaires will have succeeded in ridding themselves of the crazy tea party wing and separated the progressive wing of the dems and created a whole new party with a stolen name.

I contributed funds to the 2004 recount in Ohio
which was sponsored by the Libertarians and Greens (Kerry wasn't interested as you may recall). I got frequent email updates on the recount and talked in person someone that was involved. It was clear that the recount was not being allowed to proceed in an unbiased fashion. For example, precincts were supposed to have been chosen at random, but they were hand picked instead. A technician showed up mysteriously to change a hard drive, etc. My view is that if you think your candidate has won honestly, you do everything you can to make a recount transparent and above board. The corollary is that you make the voting devices are secure and hard to hack as possible and you make sure you have a robust paper trail. Neither of these was the case. It follows that there is a reasonable likelihood that critical elections have been and are being stolen.
the production line is wildly out of tolerance
it's spitting out junk parts, we know it, the complicit supervisors refuse to address it, the quality control folks have proven factory defects are going way beyond acceptable norms since the start of primary season for the Dem voters.
Yet they allow the broken machines to keep running. Votes are disposable commodities, after all. It's just they are purposely made to be defective AND disposable.
The management(i.e., the DNC) thinks they only need to keep selling their junk for a few more months, they simply have to wait until after Nov when the factory is shut down. Problem goes away. Until next public election.
People need to be fired. Arrested and charged with breach of public trust and moral turpitude. The election machinery won't run normally until the scammers are thrown out of a job.
