Today at 2 PM CDT a rally occurred in front of the Kearney City Hall. Shortly after the speeches ended three #WhiteLivesMatter guys handed out bottles of water as they cheerfully walked by our rather small group.
I had a nice chat with Sergeant Kyle Harshbarger, and a good time was had by all.
I forgot to note that this rally occurred during Kearney's Cruise Nite. It's an attempt to relive the 60s "dragging the gut" routine except with a much (too) older set of participants.
Interesting side note: My daughter and a few of her friends created a documentary in 1998 for a class. Teenagers Cruising Main in Kearney died out shortly after that time. It would be interesting to know when that phenomenon became a part of the past.
So, back to the subject line: During the time of the #BLM rally a couple of "good ol' boys" drove their pickup sporting a rebel flag around the block a few times.

Psychopathy is not a political position, whether labeled 'conservatism', 'centrism' or 'left'.
A tin labeled 'coffee' may be a can of worms or pathology identified by a lack of empathy/willingness to harm others to achieve personal desires.
