So this morning I got an email from Hillary Clinton's e-beggars asking me to donate to her campaign. I replied by asking in no uncertain terms why I would even bother donating to a candidate who is so blatantly against my own best interests.

Later on I got this email:

Subject Line: Trump’s disgusting history with women

This weekend, the New York Times published a huge cover story that looked at how Donald Trump has spent decades treating women. The Times detailed how Trump kissed a 21-year-old Miss Universe contestant on the lips without her permission. How he would publicly mock female executives for being overweight. “You like your candy,” Trump told one of them.

And when the chair of the Republican Party was asked about the report, his response was chilling: “People just don’t care.”

Voter, I have had it with Republicans dismissing, demeaning, and disempowering women. I do care deeply about this, I'm pretty sure you do as well -- and we’re the ones who will make sure Donald Trump never becomes president.

It’s not going to be easy -- but I know we’re up to the task. Are you in, Voter? Chip in $1 now, and let’s show Trump and the Republicans exactly how strong we are.

Seeing as I am sick and tired of this shit, here's my response to them:

Tell me you're kidding. I asked you why I would even bother supporting a candidate that is so blatantly against my interests and this is the response I get? You actually want me to donate to a candidate I have absolutely no intention of supporting? I'm pretty sure I have much better things I could be spending my money on, if I had any, that is.

You see, you can hold up the boogeyman that is Donald Trump all you like, but nothing you say will ever convince me to support a candidate as odious and self-absorbed as Hillary Clinton, especially now that she has shown her true self by dumping her faux-progressive pow-wow and courting Republican politicians and donors telling them that she represents their values better than Trump. But why should I be surprised by any of this? After all, she was open to cutting Social Security and other services before Bernie Sanders came along. No doubt she'll be open to it now that she thinks he's done for. She doesn't care for the environment either despite her claims to the contrary.

I could go on and on about how she doesn't give a damn about the average voter, but it's obvious neither you nor her really give a damn.

Do me a favor and take me off your damned mailing list. I refuse to get in line.

You see, I could have been MUCH harsher than I was here. In fact, I was more than a little tempted. But that isn't who I am.

As I said, I'm sick and tired of this shit. I'm tired of having to listen constantly to how Trump is this big boogeyman who's gonna wreck everything unless we all get in line and support Hillary Clinton, a candidate who was nominated 4 years ago behind closed doors by people who said flat out: "Fuck the voters. Hillary Clinton is the nominee for 2016."

Bernie Sanders: Because fuck this shit.
