Ever since HAVA was passed to "fix" the problems which caused Antonin Scalia (MHRIH) to appoint George W Bush as President. No election since then has been without taint, for corporatism requires the illusion that the people freely elected their choices to provide legitimacy.

it's pretty disturbing, and I'm afraid its likely to be true.

When the polls close in each primary, media organizations release the full exit polling data. Afterwards, Edison Research compares them to actual voting results and makes adjustments. For instance, the exit polls initially showed a 4 point win by Hillary Clinton in New York at 9 PM, but were changed to 12 points at 9:45 once Edison obtained voting results.

I'm not sure why they change exit polling to match the supposed results after the fact - exit polling is supposed to also be used as a check for voting fairness. This system is so fucked up and I'm so angry.

I was looking for it again.

I mean, given the Clintonista-DNCDebbie Machine, the fact that no one even talks about the FBI investigation that never makes headlines (which, I assume, means someone is protecting her, dammit), we should not get our hopes up too much - the judge could easily dismiss the whole thing (I can't imagine a judge not in the pay of Billary & their Foundation somewhere in the background influencing the decision(s) in this case) - but even so, it's nice to see someone else recognizes that Bernie got the shaft in the NY election in more ways than one, and they feel strongly enough about following the law and fairness to file lawsuits about it (it will affect future elections, I'm sure). As one of the maps Lee Camp showed, NY State was a blowout for Bernie..., except for heavily populated areas, which included NYC.

I'm trying to keep an eye on TYT & Lee Camp and Samantha Bee videos on YouTube with updated news on the law suit(s). TYT will probably have the news first and they have a live webcast daily.

We should have realized how this all would go when they pulled that crap so early on. I remember CNN replacing the online poll results on their homepage with some other bullshit poll that gave the impression it was their online poll if you weren't paying attention - that must be the one he's talking about.

Absolutely. Beyond the purging of registered Democrats in a Bernie-leaning district, the massive discrepancy between the exit polls and the final count was the smoking gun. In fact, there is a significant number of states in which the exit polls have overestimated Bernie's % - this can't all be coincidence. The USA calls into question the validity of other countries' elections based on this very measure, yet the standards don't seem to be applied at home.

The worst part is that had Bernie lost by 4 points, or hell - if he won by 4 points without the purge - the narrative right now would be extremely different. The NY results sucked the life out of this campaign that until then had only been building.
