Back to kos... And read it - very dense for me but also clear that these funds are trying to do something not legal - their intent is not legal. Still, the way the law snakes around for years and usually comes to nothing means that we all smell the mold but cannot do much to stop it except to hope the investigations do lead to prosecutions - in the next decade!
