RFk will never criticize Israel

His unconditional support for Israel is turning a lot of people away from supporting him. And he has to know that this is an outright lie because right now Israel is attacking another town in Palestine. See my comment in the blues tonight.

I don’t know why he’s kissing Israel’s buttocks even though he knows that the super delegates will never allow him to win.

It was quite obvious what the agenda of the group that he was talking to that is from the background image "The World Values Network".

Not exactly a unpartisan entity!

https://www.worldvalues.us/about-v2

We are committed to advancing a vision of Judaism as a light to the nations and ensuring that America benefits from the core values of the Jewish people.

It reminds of the saying "one step forword two steps back".

Edited to add if you want to dig a bit deeper.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shmuley_Boteach

Small excerpt:

Boteach is the founder and executive director of The World Values Network (also known as "This World: The Values Network"), a Jewish pro-Israel non-profit organization that he established in 2007.[109][110][111] The mission of the organization is to "disseminate universal Jewish values in politics, culture, and media".[112] The organization is founded on the belief that Judaism, with its emphasis on perfecting the world and celebrating life, can help America address some its greatest challenges, such as high divorce rates, teenager alienation, depression, and increasing ignorance and materialism.[112]

but what he has been supporting is Zionism which in my opinion is a fascist ideology. He’s not ignorant enough to not understand that Israel has been killing Palestinians for decades and stealing their land. How many farms and houses has Israel destroyed? People have had to watch as their houses were destroyed just because Israel wants to build there.

Kennedy knows damn well that no one gets elected without Israel’s approval and money, but he doesn’t have a snowballs chance in hell of becoming president. He has already admitted that so who is his audience?

And military targets only? Please!

Which AIPAC/MIC/pharma/bank bought politician are you going to vote for? Don’t be surprised when nothing changes.

My strategy would have been to open as a Democrat, win a few primaries, and when they obviously cheat declare anathema and accept a third party nomination. If Bernie had done that he would have won with numbers only third world dictators ( and V. Putin ) get. I don't quite see RFK having that level of success, but at this point I didn't see that from Bernie either.
But Bernie had a crisis of courage and he failed. He saw 2 possibles: first, the Quislings sabotage the election and blame him for a Trump "victory", ( a tactic which would have failed ) or second, the surviving Quislings would have joined with the Republicans to punish the people for electing him. ( sadly a certainty )
But this is all based on a false assumption, actually two - that Democrats are the lesser of two evils. and that Trump ( or whoever else ) is an existential threat to all that is human. therefore the threat of a Republican win is too dangerous to take the risk. This opinion is suicidal if you believe - as I do - that it is the Democrats who are the greater threat. In 2016 it was necessary, regardless of the cost. now it is probably too late.

On to Biden since 1973

any evidence that voters are moving away from Kennedy over this I/P issue. Probably only 1.5% of the population considers it a redline issue. For me it's approx important issue #17 on my list, iow not nearly one which would cause me to walk away. It's one issue on which I disagree with the candidate, and I don't apply political purity tests where the candidate must check every box 1-25. Except for my top 3 or 5 redline issues, I don't look for 100% agreement with candidates.

I think what is happening is Kennedy realized he needed to position himself even more on the pro-Israel side after some recent distorted comments by the MSM were giving him headaches, so he's going above and beyond to stake out a clear position on the "right" side of things. Hopefully this position will be modified and become more balanced in the coming months, closer maybe to JFK's position on Israel, but for now it is what it is. In my book he remains the clear choice for those looking for courageous substantive leadership in most of the other areas.

Meanwhile I'd love to see him accept a Grayzone podcast interview in the near future to go over this issue in more depth. I/P seems to be a redline, Top 3 or 5 issue for Max Blumenthal, so such conversation would be quite worth a listen.

Kennedy is still being accused of being an anti semite and apparently he just put out a Nazi dawg whistle for using the letters 14 and 88 together in his tweet on security.

A tweet from the account of Democratic presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. on Friday used language that many observers say evokes the known Nazi hate symbol “1488.”
A post on the candidate’s official Twitter account used the numbers 14 and 88 in close proximity.
Kennedy has not responded to HuffPost’s request for comment or explained the post elsewhere as of Friday afternoon. It’s not clear whether he personally approved the tweet.

“1488” is a known white supremacist symbol, according to the Anti-Defamation League and the Southern Poverty Law Center. The “14” in the symbol is shorthand for the “14 Words” slogan that is popular with racists around the world, while the “88” stands for “Heil Hitler,” since “H” is the eighth letter of the alphabet.

Lots of tweets in article that accuses him of catering to Nazis. People should be very careful about accusing him of that since he’s currently trying to sue DK for the name of the person who accused him of giving a speech in Germany to Nazis. I haven’t seen an update recently except for the person behind the story talking about it.

Hey y’all remember when it was racist to even criticize Obama at any point in his career? Well good golly have you seen what the media is saying about Brother West? Even taking Obama out of the picture if people said that about West before he decided to run or any other black person boy the shitlibs would be on their buttocks like flies on poo. I just love watching double standards and whatnots fall when it comes to protecting democrats.

because I do not believe that elections decide anything of significance. So I don't look at Bobby Junior's campaign as having anything to do with policy in the real world. I do not agree with what he is saying to keep the Israeli Lobby off his ass while he tries to speak the truth about America's weird polices on public health and national security.

I wish him well in his quixotic adventure.

When I still took elections seriously, in 2016, I did not agree with Bernie Sanders' stance on Israel, but I understood the shit rain that he was trying to avoid by parroting the party line on Israel. So I did not let this disagreement keep me from donating a few hundred bucks.

The Kennedy hall of shame on Palestine

This is so bad, it's almost parody but unfortunately it demonstrates Kennedy is no different to Biden, Harris and bi-partisan associates when it comes to Foreign policy and the ‘security’ of Israel. He can't pronounce Chechnya. He calls the hijab "habib". It's a genuinely embarrassing display of ignorance and orientalism.

Kennedy once again erases Israeli crimes against Palestinians - Jenin is a “bomb factory” full of “terrorists” and is therefore a legitimate target for Zionist ethnic cleansing. As a lawyer Kennedy should at least know that under international law, Palestinians have a right to defend themselves against a brutal, aggressive, genocidal occupier.

Max Blumenthal wrote on Twitter:

…. It is hard to believe RFK Jr's ahistorical, belligerent line on Israel-Palestine was not bought and paid for by some pro-Israel billionaire. Which means he's just as corruptible as any Democrat or GOP hack. But if he actually believes what he's saying, he's also at least as pro-war as they are."

Kennedy is running on anti war, but he’s fully accepting Israel’s genocide because the Palestinians deserve it…or something.
