Just a question- Clinton's fundraising numbers
Bernie broke another fundraising record- $44 million this month, best month ever.
Okay, where are the Clinton numbers? The reason I am asking is because as I have noted before it is all about the money. Her sources are drying up, and to keep up with Sanders campaign she needs to spend more money which she is lacking. Look at the latest states, we have been told Bernie outspend her in these states.
To me this is the biggest reason why Clinton and her supporters keep calling Sanders to give up and drop out of the race. They know if he stays in the race, besides potentially winning the nomination, she just can not keep up with him regarding funds which in turn could help him win it.
Think about how expensive it is to campaign in California, just imagine if the overall race is very close in delegates (maybe a few dozen), and she has very little money to compete in this state. Would she dip into her personal wealth to stay competitive or keep her campaign financed?
So please think about the long game, that is why Clinton is yelling at people and spending more time raising funds and spending less time on the campaign trail, because it all comes down to money, and her campaign is worried and that is why she is stressed. Because there are more of us then them (no matter what the Clinton supporters tell us), so please keep up the good work (sharing knowledge, providing support if you want, keeping the faith, and donating time and/or money if possible).
By the way, I spoke with a co-worker today and convinced her to donate a little bit of money to Bernie's campaign.

I have a question as well
for those more knowledgeable than I about campaign finance reporting. When donors max out for the primary their subsequent contributions are reserved for the general. Clinton, who relies on big money donations, is going to have a substantial portion of her fundraising to date unavailable for the primary, whereas the bulk of Sanders' small donor money should be available immediately. Do the reported fundraising numbers include funds for the general as well, and does cash on hand as reported include those general funds set aside when/if she makes it to the general? I've been wondering if the overall numbers are much worse for Clinton that it appears, that maybe a quarter of the money she's reported as raising is not actually available for the primary.

I remember seeing something about this last December.
A lot of her donors had already maxed for both the primary and general. She probably has a huge pile of GE cash she can't touch, legally anyway. But I'm sure DWS and the DNC/DLC cabal will figure out a way around the law on this.

I remember Romney
loaned his primary campaign funds from his general campaign. That allowed him to continue to fundraise for the primary after the primary was over (to "retire campaign debt"), and since he won the nomination he didn't have to refund those general election funds.
Of course, when a politician loans their personal fortune to their campaign, they also get to fundraise to "retire campaign debt". Since the debt is to themselves, those contributions go straight into their personal pockets. Which isn't remotely a bribe.

Clinton still has over $50 Milion or so of PAC money she really
hasn't dipped into. The idea was to save it for the general. If the PACs start spending against Bernie then you will know she is desperate.

Good to know
We need to understand these indicators to see the truth about the campaign.
I should add
That is just PACs whose sole reason for existence is her candidacy. Other PACs that are not single candidate focused, but who support her might also be tapped for ad buys.

They've already spent some on ads.
I truly think she is having money problems
These are my points- limited donor base and maxed out contributors and less than passionate supporters are causing finance problems for her campaign, and I truly think there are problems ahead for the expensive media markets.
That is why I want Clinton to publish her numbers, my guess is they are not too good. That is why she had several high priced Hollywood fundraisers this week.
Not posted online yet FEC
The FEC has not posted the March totals yet. Must not be too good if the Clinton machine has not published the numbers themselves.

If it would good numbers (Spot on)
they would be jumping up and down about how much money they have. My guess is they will try to bury the submission something this weekend.
Exactly.
This same thing happened in feb, when Bernie raised 50% more than she. We didn't hear about her numbers until about the middle of the month.
You can update your diary.
According to the daily beast, she raised $23m to Bernie's $44m. Yes!!!!!
