In the intrest of public safety and continuity of government I hearby declare myself as interim POTUS and will form a committee to schedule another election in 2023 or after the Covid 19 danger has passed.
I am ordering the immediate return of all troops on foreign soil as a show of force against hooligans and other proud people.
In addition, all fossil fuel operations are to be nationalized in order to provide the fuel resources the brave troops will need to protect citizens from said hooligans and other proud people caught boogalooing or other acts of civil disobedience.
Medicare for All will be provided to defeat the virus and move to new election sooner, rather than later.
