Bill Clinton and Alan Dershowitz named in Maxwell files

Here Are The Top Highlights From Ghislaine Maxwell's Unsealed Court Records

Dozens of exhibits related to Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein were unsealed Thursday evening, providing insight into allegations against the financier and his purported 'madam,' as well as other high-profile individuals, including Bill Clinton, Alan Dershowitz and several other people whose names one can only guess (and the internet has).

The documents, related to a 2015 civil defamation lawsuit against Maxwell by Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre, were ordered to be released on July 23 by US District Judge Loretta Preska - which also included flight logs from Epstein's private jets, as well as police reports from the multiple locations where Epstein maintained residences.

Six references to Bill Clinton in Virginia Roberts' chat with her lawyers on April 7, 2011:

Asked about Epstein boasting "Bill Clinton owes me favors," Giuffe said:

"Yes. I do. It was a laugh though. He would laugh it off... I didn't know if he was serious. It was just a joke."

Virginia Giuffre asked Comey's FBI for evidence in their possession, and was ignored.

Remember that famous Prince Andrew photo with Ghislaine Maxwell and the victim?

The FBI had their own copy for years - even before the victim's 2011 FBI interview.

The FBI knew. They always knew.

There are many more tweets here. Most of the article is written by tweets.

So far I haven’t seen much on this on Twitter tonight. But let’s remember what happened the last time a list came out. Bill Richardson was named as were a few others, but the media never picked it up.

I’m getting more disgusted by the minute.

We knew that Acosta was told that Epstein was basically protected by the intelligence agencies and most probably the FBI.

After Epstein was released from prison he was welcomed back into the fold of high society.

How many people do you think they are blackmailing?

I don’t see how they can hide what has been revealed today. I do wonder if any of the other women have ever tried to come forward or if not why wouldn’t they speak out about who they were with then?

Which AIPAC/MIC/pharma/bank bought politician are you going to vote for? Don’t be surprised when nothing changes.

@snoopydawg it's most likely something to throw to us little people to make us think justice will be done. Something that can be hesaid/shesaid'ed to death and pleaded down to misdemeanors and aged out statue of limitation.

We're only seeing this to make us think there is nothing worse there. We know these people, these "leaders". There is way more here than we will ever see.

If that's the right term.

Already in seeing headlines that (gasp!) tie Maxwell in with....Epstein! Not Clinton. Not Dershowitz. Not Trump...or Prince Andrew. Nope. Epstein!

The high society was involved in the child prostitution. They HAD to welcome him back. Wink

I highly recommend that everyone go to Techno Fog tweets that snoopy has linked and read them in the series of tweets. While the tweets are just parts of the court documents that were released, we are getting a picture of a conspiracy that goes to the highest levels of US government.

I really believe that the Epstein case is on more than one level and this is why they are trying to prevent this information from coming out. IMHO, this is about more than pedophilia which is abhorrent in itself. Pedophilia probably was just the surface of something even bigger that was going on underneath.

I keep coming back to the old saying of follow the money. Where did Epstein suddenly get all his money? No one has ever been able to show how he made so much being a hedge fund manager. The Deutsche Bank money laundering trial may shed more light on what was going on behind the scenes. We also need to learn more about Epstein's ties with Israeli intelligence and the CIA because therein lies the key to why Epstein was allowed to go free for so long.

For reference, Epstein denied that he was ever a hedge fund manager and some in the industry have said that he wasn't known within the industry and he didn't have any hedge fund accounts.

I now suspect that he was a CHS (confidential human source) for the FBI and possibly the CIA as well. He seemed to have been moving money (cash) around for extremely wealthy people, mostly with ties to Israel, and managing the disbursements of their charities, mostly to advance Jewish and Israeli causes. So far, the only known large source is Les Wexner and that was a lot of money. However, not nearly enough to fund Epstein's life style ($25 to $50 million per year beginning in the early 1990s) and his half a billion dollar estate.

a lot about all of this. i'd only twigged to who ghislaine maxwell is on wall street on parade.

so the FBI knew all along.... but is the theory that Epstein murdered in prison as 'the man who knew too much'?

clinton is a sex addict, of course, but i guess he and most of the names here were pedophiles as well?

@wendy davis on Epstein is investigative reporter Whitney Webb.

If you Google her, you can also see YouTube interviews she has given recently on the subject of Epstein and other topics that she has been delving into.

the best (and most subversive) journalists alive today; thank you. i wish i'd known her back in the day while i was chronicling the various Intercept scandals and smears and lies against julian assange. i'd just never wanted to drag myself into epstein's mud is...or was, so...i kept away from knowing. her coverage of the AOC/markey green new deal was breath-taking, as well.

but i'd meant g. maxwell her ownself, and i'd read the second link first, then they'd posted the first. it also has implications because it was the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York who had promised to investigate the attorneys for a new 9/ll inquiry's evidence.

‘Ghislaine Maxwell, Wall Street’s Secrets and the U.S. Attorney’s Office;,
By Pam Martens and Russ Martens: July 7, 2020, wall street on parade

Outside of the Wall Street executives that did business with child sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein, his first lieutenant, Ghislaine Maxwell, knows more about his Wall Street secrets than any other living person. Maxwell was arrested and indicted by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York (part of the U.S. Justice Department) on July 2, less than two weeks after the head of that office, Geoffrey Berman, was abruptly fired from his job by Attorney General William Barr. Berman’s former Deputy, Audrey Strauss, conducted the press conference regarding the Maxwell arrest. (See video below.)

[their link to Geoffrey Berman:]:

‘As Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan Face Criminal Probes, Barr Fires Top Prosecutor; Tries to Replace Him with Banks’ Former Lawyer, Jay Clayton’

Shortly after 9 p.m. last evening, the U.S. Attorney General, William Barr, stunned prosecutors in the Southern District of New York with the announcement that their boss, Geoffrey Berman, was stepping down as U.S. Attorney in that District and would be replaced with the sitting Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Jay Clayton, who lacks even a shred of criminal prosecution experience. What Clayton does have is a lot of experience representing Wall Street’s largest banks, like Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan Chase, both of whom are currently under intense criminal investigations by the Justice Department. Clayton was a former partner at Wall Street’s go-to law firm, Sullivan & Cromwell, which is currently representing Goldman in the criminal case and representing JPMorgan in various matters.

The breaking news last night went downhill from there. Several hours after Barr’s announcement, Berman announced that he had not resigned from his job and had no intention of leaving his post until his replacement had been confirmed by the U.S. Senate – which could take months. There is also no assurance that Clayton would actually be confirmed, since some Republicans and Democrats believe that Clayton has been a lapdog for Wall Street in his current post.

Update:

Berman has changed his mind and decided he will step down after all. The change of heart came after Barr issued another letter to Berman on Saturday, June 20. The new letter stated that President Donald Trump was removing Berman from his job. The letter also indicated that Berman’s Deputy U.S. Attorney, Audrey Strauss, would become the Acting U.S. Attorney. Barr’s earlier statement on Friday evening had indicated that Craig Carpenito, the U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey, would assume Berman’s post “while the Senate is considering Jay Clayton’s nomination.”

p.s. on edit: RT.com has the story, too, and the tweets are easier to see.

@gulfgal98 At its core this is all about Epstein and Maxwell being Mossad assets. Ghislaine's father was Robert Maxwell, an eastern European Jew who became a British newspaper magnate, Mossad asset and crook. He obtained information for Mossad and used his newspapers to target people that Mossad wanted to embarrass. He amassed a fortune, lost it and stole hundreds of millions from the pension fund of his newspaper, the Mirror. He died under suspicious circumstances, in the water off his yatch, the Lady Ghislaine, in the Canary Islands. He had no water in his lungs. The contrived explanation was that he had a massive heart attack and stopped breathing before he hit the water. There are books that say he hit Mossad up for money to cover his liabilities and threatened them. He, thus, became a liability rather than asset and Mossad killed him. He was buried on the Mount of Olives. His service was attended by Israeli dignitaries including Yitzhak Shamir.

Ghislaine was his favorite child and they spent a lot of time together. She was born and raised Mossad. She was imbued with her father's lack of morality of any sort. Mossad was behind the Epstein/Maxwell honey trap with money funneled through Les Wexner, a Zionist with CIA connections. It is very convenient to be able to blackmail powerful men to do the bidding of Israel and, in particular, the Netanyahu government. The CIA was clearly aware and complicit. It is also very convenient for the intelligence establishment to be able to blackmail powerful people. The US intelligence establishment protected Epstein until things heated up too much and them he was killed, probably by Mossad. If you are a Mossad asset you are in great shape. Once you become a liability.......
