Bernie and AOC should retract their endorsement of Biden
We know many of Summers' heinous policies that are directly responsible for the huge wealth inequality in this country. But did you know that he killed a bill for $1.8 billion that would have gone to the people who were losing their homes during Obama's tenure? Obama 'did want to send help', but both Geitner and Summers talked him out of it. (a tweet below says it was $50-100 Billion)
That Summers is advising Biden on the economic recovery shows even more proof that Biden has no intention of moving once ounce to the left. Bernie's whole campaign was about fixing the economic policies of people like Summers and for him to continue to endorse Biden is the very definition of a hypocrite.
Two more people who are being rumored to be in Biden's cabinet are Michael Bloomberg and Jaime Dimon as head of the treasury. Absolutely not, Bernie, I will never vote to go back to the Obama administration and you need to address this. Fundraising for the DNC, the organization that pulled out all stops to defeat your candidacy is bad enough. This? A bridge way too far!

please advise me on whether an unendorsement is a violation of implied contract. In other words, the endorsement represents an implicit agreement between the the two endorsing parties. If one unendorsed, then one (such as a whiny alligator) could have rights for recovery of damages which resulted from such endorsement?
Now, counselor, I understand that as a member of the bar in good standing or good sitting, you should be quite capable of opining with authority about this here theory of mine?
Failure of consideration
Consideration can come in the form of cash, or goods, or services.
So, Bernie endorsed. Biden gives something in return, both derive a benefit from the bargained agreement.
Bernie could have said, "I will endorse you, but in return, don't be a dick".
Next, Biden is shown to be a likely rapist dick.

The DNC showed us during the Iowa primary that they would do everything in their power to stop Bernie including rolling out a new untested voting app that one candidate had stakes in. And then by bumping Mayor Pete out even though he was way ahead of Biden at the time. And by keeping Warren in through ST.
This was totally rigged from the git go. And now with credible rape allegations against Biden they are just throwing it in our faces that they would rather have Trump and they can all keep doing nothing to stop his agendas. Every time some one wants to vote shame into voting for Joe because of Trump I say I will consider it once democrats quit voting for his agendas.
A leftist is someone with morally correct politics. A liberal is someone who wants to feel morally correct w/o ever putting themselves at odds with power or costing themselves opportunities or experiencing the uncomfortable emotions that truth causes.
