He's going off on a rant and she just stares at the camera with no change of expression on her face. It's creepy as hell. That the democrats are letting him continue while knowing how bad it looks shows how they don't care about anyone. The only reason I don't feel bad for Biden is the same one that I felt when Reagan lost his mind. Both have done so much damage to the working class and foreign countries.
