"About The Cruise Ship, Has A Decision Been Made?"
You should listen for (1 min 32 s) or until 33:50 to discover Trump's priority and values. On the other hand, listening might make your brain explode.

Brain Malfunction, 07 Mar 2020
The message seems to be that the prez is such a
figurehead that he doesn’t even need a functioning head. Fear not, folks! Our corporate overlords have got this.
"The object of persecution is persecution. The object of torture is torture. The object of power is power. Now do you begin to understand me?" ~Orwell, "1984"
His family certainly knows
He is no longer
responsible and in a rational world he would be protected (read sequestered). I probably shouldn't say this on this site, but to me: He seems to be to the stage that any "holding him accountable" would be cruel and unusual punishment.
The corollary, of necessity, would be to not allow him to become the nominee let alone hold any office of public trust.
I write the above because he reminds me of one of my colleagues and fiercest adversaries during his last few days. Outliving the bastards (as in "the best revenge is …") is a hollow victory sometimes.

About holding him responsible
The Media Needs to Investigate Why Biden Can't Talk
They went on and on and on and on about how Bernie was on the verge of death when he got the stents put in his arteries. But I never hear mention of Biden's two brain aneurism surgeries.
Accountability and Standards
In the old days the press were an integral part of the processes of maintaining the public trust. The Reality is that most people (id est the general public) have no problem with the corruption in anyway, shape, or form. Most people have no problem with the flow of wealth toward the wealthy.
(
) : Reporters used to hold politicians accountable. But the general public idolizes the pronouncements of idiots that provide them with their bread and circuses.(
) : Investigative reporting is bad for the bottom line and the general public (brain dead themselves) is not really interested in thinking deeper than the most superficial thoughts.RIP
Cruiseships, tourists, flue symptoms, corona virus ...questions
So, let's say you are lowly paid worker on an hourly basis having to do heavy lifting and other 'dirty heavy slave' warehouse or mechanical work. You have paid sick leave, but workers are scared to take them, because they feel they might get fired and replaced by another new worker paid on an hourly basis. The new worker is cheaper for the company as they pay less to new workers than the ones who are with the company for a longer time. So, workers continue working, still feeling sick and not getting enough rest to fight the 'flue'.
Let's say that person has flue like symptoms since three weeks and the body apparently is not able to get rid of them completely.
There were no masks and testing kits available in the first two weeks. Now there are masks available. No testing is available or done.
A live-in partner of that worker has now same flue-like symptoms with fever for almost two weeks as well. They infect each other on and off. The live-in partner works (salaried) for a company that organize tourist's groups, who come from the cruiseships, which regularly circle those beautiful islands they live on. They organize land excursions for those tourists leaving the cruiseships. The excursions involve rock climbing, jumping into water fall's pools etc and are physically demanding. Said live-in partner is also scared to use all the sick leave available, because nobody else in the company can replace that kind of work and the responsibility to continue working while sick is overriding the care for the person's own health.
A visting family member of the live-in partner of said worker, is physically and mentally 'challenged'. The visitor lives with the worker and the live-in partner in their small two room apartment. Effective self-quarantaine is impossible, the visitor is not aware of his own condition or burden to the others. Continuous camping outside is not possible for that visitor, as it is raining too much and the person is too old. The visitor is coughing constantly. The others don't get enough sleep therefore. The conditions of the visitor have been a life-long affair, not a new infection or some such.
If they all would get a test for the corona virus (they don't have it yet) and the test would show one of them positive, what does that mean and in how far would it help?
As there is no medication or vaccine available to kill the virus, they all get sicker, all the tourists the live-in partner had lead to the rock-climbing excursions could have been infected. The live-in partner could have picked up the virus from a cruise-ship tourist.
Why would the test still be able to reduce the speed of transmission? Why, as having no effective drug available to kill the virus?
Just asking.
PS The less press conferences DT gives, the better. Just saying.
