Prison Guards Turn Down Plea Deal in Connection to Jeffrey Epstein’s Suspicious Death

This is interesting.

Authorities are moving quickly in their investigation of Jeffrey Epstein’s death.
The Manhattan coroner concluded that Epstein killed himself by hanging from a bedsheet about 4 feet off the floor.

But famed pathologist Dr. Michael Baden recently declared Epstein’s death a homicide and offered convincing evidence on “Justice with Judge Jeanine” to support his claims.

Now this…

The prison guards working the night of Epstein’s death have turned down a plea deal according to the latest reports.

Via the AP

Federal prosecutors offered a plea deal to two correctional officers responsible for guarding Jeffrey Epstein on the night of his death, but the officers have declined the offer, people familiar with the matter told The Associated Press.

The existence of the plea offer signals the Justice Department is considering criminal charges in connection with the wealthy financier’s death at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York in August. The city’s medical examiner ruled Epstein’s death a suicide.

The guards on Epstein’s unit are suspected of failing to check on him every half hour, as required, and of fabricating log entries to show they had. As part of the proposed plea deal, prosecutors wanted the guards to admit they falsified the prison records, according to the people familiar with the matter. They spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were not permitted to publicly discuss the investigation.

More from the AP:

Falsification of records has been a problem throughout the federal prison system. Kathleen Hawk Sawyer, who was named director of the Bureau of Prisons after Epstein’s death, disclosed in a Nov. 4 internal memo that a review of operations across the agency found some staff members failed to perform required rounds and inmate counts but logged that they had done so anyway.

“Falsification of information in government systems and documents is also a violation of policy, and may be subject to criminal prosecution as well,” Hawk Sawyer wrote in the memo to top prison officials, a copy of which was obtained by the AP.

Epstein’s ability to take his own life while incarcerated at one of the most secure jails in America ended the possibility of a trial that would have involved prominent figures. And it sparked widespread anger that he wouldn’t have to answer for the allegations. He had pleaded not guilty and was preparing to argue that he could not be charged because of a 2008 deal he made to avoid federal prosecution on similar allegations.

The Justice Department has vowed to aggressively investigate and bring charges against anyone who may have helped Epstein. Federal prosecutors investigating the financier’s death subpoenaed up to 20 staff members at the jail in August.

Attorney General William Barr — who has said investigators found “serious irregularities” at the jail — said the FBI’s investigation had been slowed because some witnesses had been uncooperative.

Umm? Helped Epstein do what? Die or were involved with his sexual exploits?

Raise your Bye if you think Epstein was killed or snuck out of the prison.

Two ancient pirate sayings:

"Two can keep a secret if one of them is dead!"

and

"Dead men tell no tales!"

indicate that Epstein is, indeed, dead. Not stashed, dead.

Now, the question becomes: "Exactly who killed him, and why?"

And has anybody actually contacted Ghislaine Maxwell since?

@thanatokephaloides
Epstein's "secrets" for more than 4 decades.

No wonder Ghislaine Maxwell looked so smug at the time. She was feeding the press a big fat red herring and they fell for it. She is not a dumb woman to have got away with the shit she has been doing in plain sight for so long.

Epstein's brother identified the body and picked it up from the morgue. Epstein's will was written 2 days before his death, leaving everything to his brother. Epstein even hired the doctor.

VIDEO: EPSTEIN MEDICAL EXAMINER DROPS AUTOPSY BOMBSHELL; No DNA Test Conducted to Confirm Epstein’s Identity
...
Dr. Baden: “He (Epstein) was brought there (to the Coroner’s office) from the prison and had been previously identified in the prison,” Baden said during an exclusive interview. “Now, if somebody switched the body in the prison, you know that’s beyond our expertise.”
...
Now Dr. Baden reveals no DNA tests were performed on Epstein — a potential homicide victim — to confirm the identity of body examined during the autopsy after being transported from federal prison. Instead, Dr. Baden said Epstein’s brother made ‘visual identification’ of the body. Mark Epstein, the brother, is also who hired Dr. Baden to supervise the autopsy.

The latest bombshell revelations in the mysterious Epstein death baffled veteran Justice Department officials.

“How can (Attorney General) Barr claim the FBI is conducting a thorough investigation of Epstein’s death if there is no DNA test?,” one high-ranking FBI official said. “If Epstein was murdered, how can you bring charges against anyone? A defense attorney is going to ask: ‘Can you prove the victim was Jeffrey Epstein; what tests did you conduct to verify the identity?’ ”
...
Dr. Baden said the FEDs and city officials took Mark Epstein’s word that the body in the New York City Medical Examiner’s office was indeed his brother. Mark Epstein is Jeffrey’s only next of kin and named in Epstein’s will and presumably the primary beneficiary of Epstein’s $578 million in assets protected by a family trust. The body was released to his custody.

Epstein is not dead. He got a facelift and with a new passport from the Mossad, he is alive and well, enjoying his well-deserved retirement while diddling some young, innocent 14 year old virgins on a tropical island.

Here is a written article on Prince Andrew's interesting interview. Why he think anyone would believe him with the mountain of evidence against him is strange, but oh well.

Prince Andrew’s ‘I don’t sweat’ & ‘Pizza Express’ excuses trigger avalanche of memes as he denies Epstein sex scandal links

The Duke of York’s appearance on the BBC, in which he “categorically” denied allegation of sex abuse against a minor and “explained” his ties with Jeffrey Epstein, was a total train wreck according to skeptical online community.

“I can absolutely categorically tell you it never happened,” Prince Andrew told BBC Newsnight's Emily Maitlis, addressing the accusations by Virginia Giuffre, who claims she was forced into sex with Andrew between 1999 and 2002, during the time she says Epstein kept her as a “slave.”

Despite a widely circulated photo that appears to show Andrew with Giuffre, arm wrapped around her bare waist, the prince insisted that he has “no recollection of ever meeting this lady, none whatsoever.”

After Epstein’s first 2008 conviction, for which he only served about 13 months in luxury that average people could only imagine, Andrew famously visited him at a "convenient to stay" New York mansion in – but only to tell him they could not see each other anymore.

I went there with the sole purpose of saying to him that because he had been convicted, it was inappropriate for us to be seen together.

Uh okay. ????

now that they have almost complete media control the message has been "move along, nothing to see here".

It is across the board too. Declaring a new president of Venezuela...and having the support of all our vassal states. Now conducting a coup in Bolivia orchestrated by US trained operatives...with the support of those same vassal states.

And here in your essay the outright deceit... whether you think the CIA killed him or is protecting him.... there's no doubt of the funny business. I think the US is in a situation of induced ignorance and apathy.

Is it ignorance or apathy? I don't know and I don't care.

If this picture is accurate then where did he tie his sheet to? Weren't we told that he did the deed from his bed? The cells are designed so that it's impossible for people to hang themselves, but some how he was able to. Here is another article discussing the criminal charges the two guys on duty face,

Epstein's Prison Guards Could Face Criminal Charges

Prosecutors offered the officers the opportunity to plead guilty to the charges, but the officers declined the offer, the source added. And while the CBS source said it was not a plea deal, CNN's reporting suggested otherwise, noting that "at least one federal prison worker on duty the night before Jeffrey Epstein was found dead in his prison cell was offered a plea deal in connection with the multimillionaire's death." As CNN elaborated, plea deal negotiations between prosecutors and attorneys indicate forthcoming charges by the Department of Justice relating to Epstein's death.

The two prison staff members who are allegedly the target of a criminal probe were guarding the unit where Epstein died by apparent suicide failed to check on him that night for about three hours, even though they were supposed to check on detainees in the special housing unit every 30 minutes.
....
As questions about how such a high-profile prisoner could have died on the correctional center's watch, both the FBI and the Justice Department's inspector general investigating the death.

Don't forget that the cameras outside his cell were found not working which taken with the guards walking away just in time for him to hang himself is a tad suspicious. Ya think?
