'Multiple Security Incidents' with Hillary's emails
New Clinton Email Review Reveals 'Multiple Security Incidents'
So far 23 "violations" and seven "infractions" have been issued as a part of the department's ongoing investigation - a number that will likely rise according to State Department Assistant Secretary in the Bureau of Legislative Affairs, Mary Elizabeth Taylor.
"To this point, the Department has assessed culpability to 15 individuals, some of whom were culpable in multiple security incidents," said Taylor in the letter to Grassley, adding "DS has issued 23 violations and 7 infractions incidents. ... This number will likely change as the review progresses."
Taylor called the matter "serious" and acknowledged that it was time consuming.
"Given the volume of emails provided to the Department from former Secretary Clinton's private email server, the Department's process has been necessarily more complicated and complex requiring a significant dedication of time and resources," she wrote, saying that the department expects to conclude its investigation by September 1.
What's the consequence for these "multiple security incidents?" An official slap on the wrist according to the report:
"In every instance in which the Department found an individual to be culpable of a valid security violation or three or more infractions, the Department forwarded the outcome to the Bureau of Diplomatic Security's Office of Personnel Security and Suitability (DS/PSS), to be placed in the individuals' official security file," wrote Taylor. "All valid security incidents are reviewed by DS and taken into account every time an individual's eligibility for access to classified information is considered."
Clinton's private email use has remained in the spotlight, as the DOJ looks into potential misconduct in the handling of federal authorities' surveillance and intelligence operations in 2016. Then-FBI Director James Comey said in 2016 that Clinton's handling of classified information was "
grossly negligent" "extremely careless" -- remarks that were watered down from their original draft -- but that "no reasonable prosecutor" would bring charges. It emerged earlier this year that then-FBI general counsel James Baker testified that he thought Clinton should have been prosecuted until he was convinced otherwise "pretty late" in the investigation. -Fox News
Let's look at the information that JudicialWatch found out when they got access to her emails by way of a FOIA shall we?
This part is INSANE. Sidney Blumenthal attempted to leverage his relationship with Hillary to get her to hand over a classified intelligence file that contains a "roadmap" to a $30 billion fortune. pic.twitter.com/k7rryPcwDD

FBI says a redacted name who has a "controversial history with the US intelligence community" was working with Blumenthal and a team of former IC operatives to attempt to cash in on these "plundered assets" in Libya. Any ideas who this individual is? pic.twitter.com/j2ybUhEQ3Y

Hillary used Sid+Cody to develop the Trump-Russia dossier. This included identical intel to 1st dossier, which was crafted by Christopher Steele, who, by the way, is connected to Sid+Cody through Jonathan Winer, fmr US Libya envoy.
Massive scandal. Direct links to Russia hoax.

I beg to differ...big time! She is a sociopathic war criminal and should be sitting in a prison cell at The Hague. In my opinion of course.

My contact with JW, back in 2006,
was an incredible experience. I know they are apt to go after the left than the right, but back then, their information and investigation was just impeccable. My client was a judge, and a Democrat.

They were immensely professional and thorough.

Here are some names that fit associated with Sid & Drumheller
https://www.nytimes.com/2015/05/19/us/politics/clinton-friends-libya-rol...
I think if you format to fit the redactions, you are likely to find individual and agency names that might fit were published in this 2015 NYT article:Here's a relevant portion from that article with names and helpful context:
Here's a hint as to who the redacted individual with a "controversial history with the U.S. intelligence community" might be. The redaction is a name with 14-16 spaces, including the space between surname and family name. We know it's not Sidney Blumenthal or Tyler Drumheller (deceased). So, count 'em up and line 'em up, kiddos.
Cody Shearer - 12 spaces, so not quite, as is.
William (Bill) White - Again, too short.
Ron Burkle - Nope, not without a middle initial.
David L. Grange - 15 spaces. Maybe
Now, try let's try for the 17-19 space IC entity with which "redacted" was associated and where his reputation is particularly controversial:
Central Intelligence Agency (27 spaces) Nope
National Security Agency (24 spaces) Nope
Department of State (19 spaces) Maybe
Osprey was listed as a State Dept. contractor, according to https://www.propublica.org/article/private-emails-reveal-ex-clinton-aide...
Note the phrase, "resumption of access to assets." Gold is an asset, isn't it, and Ghadaffi had billions of the stuff. Hmmm . . . Hillary was indeed helping her old friend Blumenthal in the treasure hunt for Libyan assets. Given that she had prompted the regime change that put these "assets" into play as recoverable booty, that might amount to just a wee bit of "conflict of interest", to be diplomatic about it. Shades of Cheney and Halliburton.

If it was not for Judicial Watch,
the public may have never about Hillary's private server, the use of which was far more than careless.
There is only one reason for Hillary to have had that private server, in my opinion, and that was to sell secrets. From what I have previously read, there is also good reason to believe that the Chinese hacked into her server.
It is strange that if government wrong doings are leaked to the public, the leakers are charged under the Espionage Act, but if a high ranking government official sells information to foreign governments and actors, they walk. I agree with snoopydawg that Clinton should be in prison.
Do I hear the sound of guillotines being constructed?

I've seen lots of changes. What doesn't change is people. Same old hairless apes.
I've been closely following MSNBC's
in depth reporting on Hillary's violations.
Oh, wait....There was none. I must be thinking of the no "collusion" (whatever that means) RUSSIA! no conspiracy coverage.
John Edwards was mistaken. Well, he was mistaken about many things, but I am referring to his famous claim of two Americas, one for the rich and one for the not so rich. Actually, there are several Americas and several systems of American justice.
For example, Martha Stewart, who I believe is a billionaire, went to to prison for trading in stock based on insider information while Beto O'Rourke got to run for President after trading on insider information. (An article from an El Paso paper claims the charge was unfounded, but is behind a paywall.) While Beto was running against Cruz, Beto's wiki article stated that he had said of insider trading, "I guess I did." Or words to that effect. Mention of insider trading by Beto seems to have been wiped from his wiki article since then, except for a footnote that cites the El Paso newspaper.)
Beto also made demeaning comments about women, but one of Beto's strong suits seems to be admitting something (after he's been caught at it) and making what seems to be an authentic, heartfelt apology. And, these days, that seems to be more than we ask or expect from plutocrats. Well, unless you're Bernie Sanders and wrote an essay for a small fee forty or fifty years ago exploring the fact that some women have rape fantasies. Of course, writing an essay is not a crime. However, for Bernie, there is no moving on. From anything. Ever. Except, of course, we do move on from his good deeds. Anyway.....
The most lenient systems of Justice in America, of course, apparently applies to Secretaries of State and Presidents. Be it war crimes, lying to a grand jury or intentional misuse of private servers, as to them, apparently, we look only forward. At the very most, we forgive and "Move On."
For example, both Clintons had their respective licenses to practice law in Arkansas reinstated, even though neither of them is likely ever to even contemplate practicing law in Arkansas. (The Supreme Court of the United States also disbarred Bubba, but I don't know whether or not it ever reinstated him, or if he even applied for reinstatement.)
For me, it speaks volumes that the Democratic Party proudly gave annual Jefferson-Jackson dinners, despite the heinous history of those two Presidents. And, when the shamefulness of celebrating them became an issue, spoke of changing the name of those annual dinners to "Clinton Obama" despite all the Democratic Presidents in between with no criminal history. Ah, well. Perhaps they just call them what they are: Opportunity to Become Super Delegates by Making Large Donations Annual Dinners.

Of course, since you haven't just recently "stepped in" here, you already know that.
This is uncalled for
Many of us have written many essays showing that Hillary should have been charged for using her private email server that was against government regulations. If you don't think that she should have then you are welcome to tell us why.
I feel that you owe this site an apology.
