She has had problems speaking for awhile, but for her to be this bad and no one is suggesting that she turns the gavel over to someone who coherent enough to speak in public is unbelievable. But hey, I hear that she is good for raking in the dough.
for several years, now--which I suspect is one reason that many Dem lawmakers don't want to see her Speaker, again.

She shouldn’t be allowed to leave the house without a keeper. Sharp objects and traffic could be hazardous to her health.

Any old puppet can stand up and blather nonsense, it's a free country. lol I don't like making fun of old people, 'cause I am rapidly becoming one. I don't recommend becoming an old woman in the bay area, that's all. Don't get sick, and don't get old, everything will work out fine. wah
Pelosi retires, then what? There is no "there" there. She will become invisible like all the other soulless wealth hoarders, d-diddly-donating to the next D-Speaker, tax deductible. That's the system. meh
it was to show that she is not an effective speaker and doesn't make sense. And when she retires she isn't going to risk be a street person. Nancy has made millions while only being paid $174/000 a year.
Insisting on Pay'-Go again if she takes the gavel again like she did in 2007 is not what is needed. Watch the Jimmy vid Azazello posted.
Sure the next speaker for the dead democrats will do the same.

not to speak for her? And here she is speaking for Pelosi. But to be honest, I suppose SOMEONE should speak for Pelosi since clearly Pelosi is losing that ability.
should get the NYT to peddle another anonymous Op-Ed--this time about Ms Nancy!
Oh, I almost forgot--the Dems won't need to--they've got the so-called 'Red to Blue' program going for them this November, and, Billionaire Bezos contributing 10 million dollars to a related organization, running former military folks--the majority, Dems. Frankly, have to wonder why Bernie's not more concerned about that, than a proposal involving Bezos that will probably never see the light of day. Go figure.
Here's what WSWS had to say about efforts to elect a slate of young lawmakers who'll comprise what amounts to a shadow Deep State of former military/CIA/StateDept servicemembers/officials,
We're scr*wed, no matter which way we turn . . .
Postscript: Folks will be seeing a lot of that screenshot, since I think that it's imperative that voters realize what the Dem Party strategy really is (for the midterms). IMO, the Dem Party Leadership is probably delighted with the 2-3 races that will serve as a 'bright shiny object' to bring unsuspecting folks to the polls--thinking that they are going to elect lawmakers who will pass the $15 min wage, MFA, etc., agenda, when it's the furthest thing from the minds of the bulk of the Dem fiscal & military hawk recruits.

That's close to $250 million per day. His lowest paid employee makes $12. When Seattle wanted him to help with the homeless problems by paying a head tax he threatened to take his business elsewhere. They folded.
Now Bernie wants him to pay for his employees who social programs funding and instead of people thinking that was a good idea they came to his defense. Wonder how many of them are the ones who bitch about people being on them in the first place?

That's Arizona Revised Statutes. Sometimes people forget that most of the laws we are subject to are state laws. Sure, at the national level the DNC, the DCCC and etc. are neoliberal assholes but things are different at the state level, at least in AZ. Here, the Republicans who control the state government are neoliberals and the Democrats are not. If I oppose the spread of charter schools, tax-cuts for business or insane gun laws the Dems are with me since these are Republican priorities.

Our governor and legislature are controlled by the Koch Bros. and ALEC. They oppose the very existence of public schools. Our Democratic candidate for governor, David Garcia, is not a billionaire and comes from a public education background. Education is the biggest issue here and, since the Red for Ed movement, public school teachers are a major force. The battle lines are clear, at least at the state level.

we should consider a new law of the land:
If you support pay-go...you will also support the idea that our combined MIC spending will not be more than 1.5X the sum of all other country's (aka our "enemies") combined military spending. Are you OK with that Nancy?
I have not followed Pelosi that much over the years, so I am not sure if she has deteriorated or what. I can say she has always been a horrendous speaker since the Obama years so that just may be her.
I want to see Pelosi and the other fossilized corporatecrats gone because they are not doing us any favors. But short of either defeat at the ballot box or an incapacitating illness, Pelosi will continue as the leader of the party. She is a prodigious fund raiser and that is all that counts in today's Democratic party.
This is also why the Democratic party refuses to be and will never be reformed. They are addicted to money like crack heads and there is no changing that. Pelosi is a prototypical symptom of that problem.
