I'm at work so I would like to apologize in advance for the brevity of this post and any formatting or grammatical errors as I'm on my phone , however I saw this and thought you guys would find it interesting.
could this be a sign that those that were trying to fix the party from the inside are making progress?
I'm doubtful that they will make any real headway as the oligarchs have to firm of a grasp on the party but stranger things have been known to happen.
What are your thoughts?

If nothing else, it is nice to see her get some comeuppance at the party convention.
As the article mentions, she has a huge money advantage. Also activists at the convention vote differently than the general public (as a rule, I woud guess). Yes, stranger things have happened! I maybe be reading too much of the democratic party spin.

Its high season so between that other stuff, entertaining friends from as far as Finland and picking up more of the household chores (the wife recently got her RN and now is back to school for her BSN so I've been trying to pick up as much of the regular life burdens to better allow her to focus on work and her studies.) I've not had near the "computer time budget" as I've enjoyed in the past.
I got a couple totally non political essays to throw together time permitting though that I hope to toss up sooner rather than later.

In a earlier post someone mulled as to why they have such a visceral reaction to us and I have what I feel is pretty solid.
It's my belief that their hated is because we are actually doing what they claim they want done, but don't really want to see come to fruition.
Basically, we make it apparent, even to themselves (though they'd never admit it) that they are nothing more than partisan hypocrites and by our action, and their lack of, we show a clear contrast to those that only pay lip service to progressive interests and therefore are a threat to their seats of power and privilege.

They can be blocked and suppressed while in small numbers, but that doesn't work once they outnumber the corporate Dems and start deciding the leadership.
