His deal included his not having to name names of who else was involved with his flights and apartment parties that had underaged girls at them. I seem to recall reading that laid out in an article, re-reading it several times, and believe that I can still identify the dent my chin made in my desk, as it dropped. Not because I didn't believe it, but because that was 'written out loud', so to speak.
