Love is not confined to a specific age bracket. One can fall in love with anyone, of any age. That is not in itself an indicator of issues. Being a narcissistic poser is all the issues one needs, even before we get to his horrid economic agenda.

I loved Bill Hicks and Carlin, too. I was fortunate to see Bill Hicks at a small club a few years before he was diagnosed. America could use the voices of both of those stalwarts right now.

It was jbou who introduced me to the bold and discerning voice of Hicks, years ago. Their voices will always resonate deeply. Whenever I hear them, I wonder why some of the very best are silenced so soon.
