Robert Kagan: Republican, Neocon, PNAC co-founder endorses Clinton

The connection between Hillary and the extreme right Republican Neocons became much clearer today when Robert Kagan, a co-founder and co-author of “The Project for the New American Century, endorsed Hillary Clinton for President.

I would be tempted to call his endorsement a dirty trick designed to drive Democrats away from HRC, but the closeness between them has gone on for many years.   Therefore, I think this is just a neocon effort to co-opt the Democratic party.   I’m sure they believe it would be better for their desires if they own both parties, not just the Republicans.

This Sunday 2014 NYT article shows the reasoning.

The Next Act of the Neocons -- Are Neocons Getting Ready to Ally With Hillary Clinton?

I believe this should set off extreme alarms for anyone who believes it is important to have more than one party, more than one ideology, in charge of our government.  This alarm is, to me, a warning that we may be setting a one party-ideology in concrete to rule us even more stringently than a monarchy.  I find it terrifying.

We need to remember that Robert Kagan’s wife is Victoria Nuland.  Nuland had been a foreign policy adviser to VP Dick Cheney.  When Obama was elected and named Clinton as Secretary of State, HRC brought Victoria Nuland into the State Department.  Originally serving as an information official conducting press sessions for State, Nuland soon transitioned to Assistant Secretary of State for Eurasian Affairs.  From this post, Nuland planned, orchestrated, and directed the disastrous coup in Ukraine.

This shows us that we can expect more turmoil, warring, and regime change in the Middle East, Eurasia, and around the world.  I find this to be extremely frightening.

Please also check the NYT Sunday July 15, 2914 magazine article on Kagan:

Events in Iraq Open Door for Interventionist Revival.  Robert Parry has a post on this in Consortium Robert Parry writes on Kagan's endorsement of Clinton.

I noticed your comment about this in last night's Evening Blues where you stated you didn't have time to post it here as an essay, so I crossposted it for you. How can anyone not see where Hillary will take us if elected.

I thin I deleted your first page photo which I got from the Kos. Kos specified that that graphic was to be used on Kos only. Private Property! Oh well. I know nothing.

We couldn't find a worse candidate for the Democratic Party than Hillary if we tried. War is a business opportunity my friend.

Twitter has shut down #WhichHillary tag and banned the user that started it. When did Kos buy Twitter? Wink Actually, dkos has put a ton of people into timeout including the infamous Phoenix Women. My god the lobbying at the help desk for her head was relentless and fierce. Her pile of trash diary with 295 flags hasn't been taken down, and there's been no shaming diary on her and her rec'ers that made the rec list for a week. Bernie supporters have totally taken over dkos and the Hillary people can't stop pie fighting long enough to take a leak.

If the right makes Trump their candidate and the left fails again to support Bernie and give the establishment party a big FU, well............. I know this is nuts. The sane thing to do would be to give my vote to the Green Party. But..... If I give it to Trump, I see it as a minus 2. One vote she loses plus one vote to her opponent = -2 That would be a double tap and make my day. I really hope I never have to follow through.

I just feel this is so important. i notice that Robert Reich endorsed Bernie. that's important also. Where Reich's endorsement is very good, Kagan's endorsement of Hillary is frightening and needs to be known.

Because Jill Stein is actually pretty close to my ideals on almost every issue.

Unless of course a miracle happens and Bernie gets picked, but honestly, the MSM is doing their absolute best to maintain a stranglehold on his campaign.
Hillary is a nightmare, in that she brings bad dreams to every parent who has a child in the service or in college.

out of the water doesn't it. Of course, Trump is a racist asshole, no better, but as far as racism goes, what's worse than killing and displacing millions of brown people?
The thing is, it's all about U. S. imperialism and maintaining the status as the supreme superpower on earth, if not the quest for the New World Order. None of them, Sanders included, is rocking that boat.
So what does it really matter. Is there a such thing as a "kinder and gentler" mass murderer? I don't think so.
Any way this goes, we're still stuck with an imperialist government controlled by imperialists.

After twitter ADMITTED they shut down the #WhichHillary tag, and blamed it on a "Mistake" made by their computers... SIGNED by a computer...

Guess who's perfectly willing to take that at face value with no suspicion whatsoever! That's right, the same people who are convinced that everything is a conspiracy AGAINST Hillary and that everybody who is voting Bernie is secretly a Rove plant.

just saying, this is an important diary and as I can't rec you over there I say it over here. Nuland ... I would like to see her in no-mans-land encircled by barbwire to make her tip-toe her words around some landmines. Strange there are a couple of people's words that have longer negative long-term effect on me than others. Bad > bad... in an attempt to steal from Bob Johnson's hilarious quote of vote numbers for Bernie vs. Clinton ... 60 > 60.
