Oh Boy Here We go Again

Wouldn't it be something if the Trump administration actually sent a Clinton to jail? Will pigs fly?
Here is a link to the latest Clinton email/government watchdog tango.

Why is it that a conservative group has the leading oar on this investigation -where are our progressive heroes?

Mostly relieved that she is not the president--
That must be where they are. I admit myself that I pay little attention to it anymore. Mostly because I don't (didn't) believe that anyone would pursue it anymore, except for the congress. Trey Gowdy, if he is not too busy with the rest of them in destroying our most important institutions, will take it up again as it seems he'f love nothing better than seeing her in prison, especially after all the failed attempts with the Benghazi hearings.
Personally, I'd love to see her properly prosecuted on any number of charges. Both of the Clinton's have gotten away with murder for decades. They should have to answer for it if for no other reason than restore some confidence that the justice department will prosecute the elites. Deterrents need to be restored and maintained. Same with the big bankers.

Maybe a pissed-off donor
will see that justice prevails, like in the wild West? $1.2 billion spent for a botched election - somebody's gotta let off steam. Maybe one of the Saudi princes or a Silicon Valley baby billionaire?
What botched election? We will soon recover that $1.2 billion
1,000 times over in the next decade from Cold War Redux by blaming the 'botch' on the Russians. What's a measly $1.2 billion against a defense budget of $600 billion per year? Just
pocketchump change. What? And waste an opportunity
to expand our empire of hegemony? I think my feelings are hurt, but I'm not sure. Should they be? I don't know.

I'd like to see her get a felony conviction
if only to prevent her from running for public office again.

Oh, that rule could be changed.
The Clinton Exception
That would be the finesse. Or it could be the Obama Exception.

Jeff Sessions will be AG.
There's hope for real investigation and prosecution.
She considers herself above the law
President Elect Trump used this claim in his campaign. How can he now look the other way? Either the elite are allowed to be above the law or not. She arrogantly and unlawfully used her own private email server while the Secretary of State. She unlawfully deleted tens of thousands of emails after getting a subpoena from Congress. Is there some interpretation of these facts that would allow this behaviour to be lawful? Even Comey's findings that she broke the law but should not be prosecuted beg the question of whether the elite have a higher standard for criminal activity before the judicial system takes action. Her campaign team had no answer for the email "problem". There is no answer except that the people and the judicial system should look the other way. What a pitiful standard. Why bother passing the law?
Capitalism has always been the rule of the people by the oligarchs. You only have two choices, eliminate them or restrict their power.
The elite have allways been above the law. It's what makes
America exceptional.
I's unfortunately true inmany countries, many "first world" ones
Money talks, a reason to make that somehow moot.

Yeah well -- Trump wants to expand the power of pardon
to include himself and his children. If that isn't the road to a dictatorship, then I do not know what is.

Not holding my breath
As much as I'd like to see all the members of the CCS (Clinton crime syndicate) in prison for the crimes they have committed, I'm not overly optimistic that any of them will spend a day in court let alone a day behind bars.
We come from dust. We will return to dust.
That's why I don't dust. It my be someone I know.
I just checked up on the class action lawsuit
filed against the DNC.
No status change.
I doubt there will be any accountability to any of them for anything.

Still, Judical Watch keeps going after her
Like a pitbull sinking its teeth into her leg. I, fool that I am, keep hope alive. I want to believe that sooner ( for we 99%) or later ( for those elites) Justice will prevail. I was always the fool, come to remember...
Yes. The case you are referring to
will become a zombie case and quietly dismissed long down the road-- except for one possible thing. It is a class action suit. The page you linked to doesn't list the numerical size of the class; the larger the better. And there were enough Sanders' contributors to have it reach into the millions of qualified plaintiffs. The chief plaintiff should have reached out to DNC members of every state before filing. Now that would command ongoing national attention. I wonder if there might be possible RICO violations?

Absolutely national

Thanks for that
I don't have a facebook account so I can only see snippets of it. I must say; will it be interpreted as fake news if posted on Facebook? I do hope it snowballs.
That may make it national to an extent but the class members are fairly small. When I say national, I mean they should reach out the same way other large class action suits do. As in big tobacco big. Everyone who donated to the DNC or directly to Sanders should be included in the class. Maybe it will happen?
