Yep, it's official, everybody's favorite Big Pharma lobbyist sez he wants to be DNC chair again.
Oh my gosh, that Honest Hillary is such a cynic, isn't she? For Pete's sake, what could possibly be wrong with appointing a neoliberal corporate shill drug company lobbyist as the Democratic Party chairman? It practically screams: "Voters, we've heard you loud and clear, and change is on its way!"
Now true, there could be a few awkward questions raised about Governor Dean's lobbying activities, but these will be easily dispensed with, for the simple reason that Governor Dean assures us that he isn't, in fact, a lobbyist. Admittedly, The Intercept ran a piece back in January entitled, "Howard Dean Says He's Not A Lobbyist, But He Sure Acts Like One." But after all, how much credibility does The Intercept have left, when they were conspicuously absent from Hillary's cadre of fawning, sycophantic media outlets? In other words, missing in action when we Democrats really needed them most.
In short, Howard Dean is the ideal successor to Debbie Wasserman-Schultz and Donna Brazile, and will undoubtedly take their efforts to take the Democratic Party to the next level, to the next level. Hold on tight, it's gonna be a fun four years!

I can just imagine the tears streaming down poor Chelsea's cheeks as she announces to the world that an unfortunate "act of God" has forced her to move up her timetable.

And then of course, we all know the good doctor is a lobbyist for pharma, something he never seems to disclose.
