Gotta vote Hillary..because ...SUPREME COURT

WikiLeaks reveals Clinton considered a Texas Republican for the Supreme Court

Hours after conservative Supreme Court justice Antonin Scalia passed away, the Clinton campaign floated a Texan as a possible replacement.

Wallace Jefferson, a former chief justice on the Texas Supreme Court, was the subject of an email titled “Scalia replacement” written by the president of a George Soros-backed grant-making organization.

“Remember our discussion of Wallace Jefferson, Chief Justice in Texas?” said Open Society Foundations president Chris Stone in the email.

“Yup,” replied Clinton campaign chief John Podesta.

So basically Hillary wants to put a REPUBLICAN on the SCOTUS, yet the Hill-bots and Hillary water carriers over at Orange State keep saying...SCOTUS you gotta elect her because of SCOTUS

Seems like either choice we get a REPUBLICAN for SCOTUS

Yet one more scare tactic that is FULL OF SH*T!

I'd rather have someone without an ideology doing it, operating on instinct.

would be even MORE Republican. Or something.

There's a reason why TOP's main color is orange. They're too yellow to do anything about the constant reddening of our country.

I thought we were only going back to 1984. Then again, Orwell wrote it in 1948. So, Revoltin' Joe McCarthy is just finishing up his first year in office as a Senator and we'll soon be in Korea. Because it was all so worthwhile the first time.

Imagining Hillary Clinton’s Supreme Court picks

By Kelly Riddell - The Washington Times - Friday, September 30, 2016

ANALYSIS/OPINION:

... There’s been some speculation that Loretta Lynch, the attorney general of the Department of Justice, could be on Mrs. Clinton’s short-list. Mrs. Clinton already floated the idea to The New York Times in July, that she would like Ms. Lynch to stay on and serve in her administration.

How the politics of the next nomination will play out

This post substantially revises and supersedes my earlier one on how the political parties will likely approach the Scalia vacancy, in which I had concluded that Ninth Circuit Judge Paul Watford was the most likely nominee. On reflection, I think that Attorney General Loretta Lynch is more likely. ...

... But Attorney General Loretta Lynch, who is fifty-six, is a very serious possibility. She is known and admired within the administration. At some point in the process, she likely would have to recuse from her current position, but the Department of Justice could proceed to function with an acting head. Her history as a career prosecutor makes it very difficult to paint her as excessively liberal.

Perhaps Lynch’s age would give the administration some hesitancy. They would prefer to have a nominee who is closer to fifty. But because the nomination would principally serve a political purpose anyway, I don’t think that would be a serious obstacle. ...

I do seem to recall that Hillary vaguely promised Marco Rubio a possible Vice-Presidency and asked him to drum up Latino support for her; he did his part but no more seemed to be heard of him as a possible Clinton VP...

Dunno for sure why exactly Attorney General Loretta Lynch did hers - possibly a stick as well as a carrot?

Psychopathy is not a political position, whether labeled 'conservatism', 'centrism' or 'left'.

A tin labeled 'coffee' may be a can of worms or pathology identified by a lack of empathy/willingness to harm others to achieve personal desires.
